It is one of the best if not the best hotels in Canggu/Seminyak for this price point. Staff is very kind, housekeeping is available multiple times in the day and of course free car service to Canggu and Seminyak which makes everything so much easier. There ls a decent spa in the complex as well, best massage we got in Canggu. We stayed at the Imperial Villa, which is as big as it looks. Very big pool compared to alternatives. Nice bathroom. Yes there are things that needs to be upgraded or changed because it got old, such as the poolbed or some floorings but i can assure you all very minor things that won’t stop you from enjoying this beautiful hotel. Due to the burning of trash in the surrounding areas, this area gets very dirty. The outdoor areas had a lot of biting red ants. The doors don't close due to the construction, so you need to use mosquito coils to keep them out at night. We had no wifi until the cable company came and fixed it on the last day. We walked to Pepito market for groceries; taking the back lane is safer than the main road. The management team is very responsive on WhatsApp. Houskeeping was offered every other day. It's a great place to hang out and relax, far away for the busy tourist areas. "
