- "Wow! What an amazing place to stay. My partner and I wanted somewhere quiet to stay in central Bali, and Villa LeoNora was the perfect spot. The villa is exactly as pictured and it was plenty spacious enough for the two of us. It's right on the edge of the monkey forest, but you do not get any cheeky visitors in the family compound that the villa is nestled in. The Manager, Kadek, was attentive and amenable to our needs. He provided us with a wealth of information on local breakfast/dining spots, nice walks, nearby shops and markets, and so much more. You're a legend Kadek, we loved staying with you. We were messaged daily to confirm room cleaning times for the following day and the staff worked around our schedule the entire stay. Fresh bathroom, beach towels and minibar restocked daily. Pretty flowers placed each day, whether at the doorway, filling ash trays, or tastefully placed throughout the villa, this just added to the zen serenity of the place. It was a nice touch. There are 2 villas in the complex, Villa Leo and Villa Nora. We were in Nora and were lucky enough to have no neighbours for 6 of our 8 night stay. It was luxurious having a whole pool and outdoor space to ourselves. My advice to anyone staying there is to make sure you buy a SIM and get an app called "grab", it is Balinese Uber and really helped us with getting in and out of Ubud on our many forays of exploration."
