This is a very quiet neighbourhood, just a stone throw away from the busiest street of Thao Dien. With full of bars, restaurants, shops, all withing 5 - 10 minutes walk. This is a true gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle.

All neighbours around are highly educated families.

Guests have full access to all parts of the villa except for the 1st floor where we host our bakery with the prep room on the 2nd floor.

Our villa is cozy, highly suitable to a group of more than two people with green living, no air and noise pollution. The villa has four floors including the ground floor. It is about 400m2, no swimming pool. It is in a highly secured and gated community that offers 24/7 access with a security guard present at all times.

There are 4 bedrooms of various sizes, 5 restrooms, 1 Mirror surrounded Karaoke entertainment room with Piano. The rooftop boasts a wonderful view of other villas that surrounds it and also the entire look at the landscape of Binh Thanh district. Fresh air from the two levelled rooftop can be enjoyed with a green living of various flowers (Orchids and morning glory), plants and trees.

There is also a bbq area available to your group on our rooftop. Please do not burn down the house :)
