I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated for the confusion at my arrival. Thank you Minh for making my final night in Saigon very enjoyable!"

- "This property doesnt exist. We arrived after having an approved booking and paying in full to find it locked. After 30 minutes of ringing the bell and waiting for someone to let us in, a very kind gentleman came downstairs and explained that it had new owners and no longer was a hostel. It is a long term rental. This was not the first time this issue had occured though. This listing needs to be removed immediately. I have yet to receive a refund. "

They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. Luckily the Expedia agent was very helpful and proceed my refund right away after confirming to the accommodation. I booked a grab car from the airport to this accommodation but guess what? It has a different address. Then I needed to pay extra for the driver to send up to the right location. Terrible experience. Definitely not recommend to book at this accommodations."
