- "Perfect thank you" - "The property was an excellent place to stay. However, it was very confusing receiving communication from the property about the check-in process after booking. They provided a link, but it didn't work. They provided a phone number, but don't tell you that you need to use WhatsApp to contact them. They did not have an email option to contact them, which they should have. When I could not reach the property, I contacted Expedia's help desk, who initially was unable to contact them. After more than 20 minutes, the property finally responded. They needed to communicate only through WhatsApp. Once we understood that, we reached out on WhatsApp and everything went very smoothly after that. The check-in also went smoothly once we were able to contact the property and received the information how to access the property electronically. They should make clear that bookers need to have WhatsApp to communicate with them and they should provide instructions as to how to obtain check-in information. Other than that issue, I would highly recommend the property because it is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station - which was wonderful and the property was beautiful and very new, modern and clean."

- "I can’t vouch for other rooms as rooms in boutique hotel can be very different, but the room I stayed is absolutely the best I have had over the years and probably the best I can hope for. The hotel is at the end of street leading to Alhambra. The street is mostly other boutique hotels and souvenir shops. It means it is extremely quiet at night. Down the hill with a couple of minutes walk at the other end of street, you immediately at the center of the action with a lots of restaurants and tapas bar. The host is very helpful, provided me the map with recommendations of attractions and tapas bars, most importantly, how tapas scene works in Granada. My room is one bedroom apartment right off the elevator with two balconies of living room facing the street. I can see the watching tower of the fortress. Double bed and living room sofa can be pulled out as another double bed, so I imagine it works for family as well. It’s an apartment, so no front desk or breakfast, but it’s not important to me. It has a full kitchen."

- "The suites are near the center of town. " - "The reception staff at the at the Hotel de Luna helped with our check in as I was unable to do this online. The apartment was ready in advance. They sorted our car parking out (not easy find or drive through the small streets of Granada so avoid if you can). Our reception wasn’t overly helpful and we had to ask for things like a city map, her colleague on the opposite desk was much more helpful and communicative. The apartments are around 5 mins easy walk from the hotel and an easy key code system for the main door and for the apartment. The apartment was in a reasonably quiet area away from the throng and in a convenient location for accessing and experiencing all the city sights. The apartment is bright, modern, well equipped. The bed linen etc was clean and the beds comfortable. The patio is ridiculously small and unusable so don’t pay extra to have a room with this facility. The bedside shelves fell off if you put anything on them. The kitchen was clean but the kettle was dirty for example, the skirting boards were mucky and dusty and the certain fitments deteriorating. However, location, clean bed, reasonable city quiet, modern place to rest between all there is to see made it acceptable for a couple of nights. Expensive for what it was. "

- "Easy check in just around the corner from the entrance to the apartments. Apartment had everything required and the bed was really comfortable. On the whole the area was pretty quiet, the square outside is shady with lots of trees which is lovely in the summer, only noise was the rubbish being collected early one morning which is just normal life.
