Really good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners. The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed. The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly. The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. - "Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I also had to show multiple bank statements to confirm that I indeed did pay to stay there. "
