Właścicielka miła i pomocna, gorzej z panem - w dniu wyjazdu dziwne uwagi dotyczące obecności wentylatora w naszym bagażu. Klimatyzacja w korytarzu to trochę mało gdyby nie wentylator byłaby naprawdę nieskuteczna. Klimatyzacja działa przy wcześniejszym przedpłaceniu karty, która należy włożyć w czytnik klimatyzacji w apartamencie. Podczas naszego pobytu klimatyzacja kilkukrotnie wyłączyła się bez przyczyny. WIFI - praktycznie nie istnieje. Parking obszerny i wygodny. Plaża dość brudna z bardzo drobnych kamieni. Na dłuższy czas uciążliwe. Ale niedaleko jest ładniejsza plaża z dużymi kamieniami."

Jedyne czego moglibyśmy się przyczepić to że nie były wymieniane reczniki chociażby raz na 4 lub 5 dni przy pobycie 2 tygodniowym. Plaze do wyboru na przeciwko piaszczysta troszkę dalej kamienista. Ale to wszystko bardzo blisko. Jedyne co to trzeba przejść na plażę przez bardzo ruchliwą drogę, ale budują u góry nową drogę wtedy ruch zmniejszy się bo nie trzeba będzie jechać przez wieś. Ogólnie polecam bardzo spokojnie i miło spędziliśmy wakacje. Restauracja dwa domy dalej. Pozdrawiam"

Our apartment is situated on the 1st floor and it has a balcony. The house is located directly on the coast, just 20 meters from the sea. It is pretty suitable for families with little children, not only because of sandy beaches, but also due to the fact that one need not cross the road, you reach the beach directly through our garden. Parking place has been provided free of charge.

We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. Two ap.are in the same house there is one king size bed in bedroom and in the living room there is couch that can be stretch for 2 pearson each.meaning the apartment can fit 4 pearsons max. parking places ,barbicue and perfect viev on sea and island Brač.The house is soround with big pine tree,pines make a natural shadow .Of course we have air condicion and internet acess.The beach is beautyfull and there is caffe bar with hot spot on the beach.Beach is very long and you can walk down the beach long time without go to road.Restorans,pizzeria,caffe bar,fast food everithing is near and also you can go to rafting on Cetina (URL HIDDEN) friend drive on rafting.You can go for trip with boath on local islands (Brač Hvar......) House is on litle hill so you have a perfect view and because house is last in the street it is always quite.Silence and peace is the main important thing.
In front of the house is garden where you can put table and chear and realy enjoy in view and pines trees allso there is balcony or terace depend on the apartment..

The apartments Matosevic are placed in the quiet and picturesque mediterranean village of Orij, in the proximity of the place called Dugi Rat.The apartments are located in the real heart of Dalmatia between two tourist centers of Split and Makarska.That significantly favorable position offers many facilities for spending of your annual vacation.There are local beaches, which are only 200m far from the apartments and sandy beaches 2-3km far (from the apartments). To be more specific the apartments are only 500m far from the centre of Dugi Rat.

Not far from our guest house (200) there is a motorway. There is no danger for children who can play in the spacious yard around our house or on the school playground, which can be seen from the apartment terrace.

The excursions to the island of Brac are organized from Omis on daily bases. There is also a possibility to go rafting on the river of Cetina.
