The air conditioning is on cards, and the air conditioning limit is 10 hours a day, and every subsequent hour is 0.50 cents/hour. There is also a grill that is also for guests. The barbecue surcharge is 10 euros, and the fee for cleaning the grill and the grill area is 30 euros, so if you clean the grill and the grill area, you don't pay for cleaning. The house has a private pedestrian street to get off at the sea but sometimes the owner closses it... and you must and you have to go to the street above turn right and go down the alley 100 meters ahead (we regret that sometimes the owner of the street closes it without asking anyone)
