Our studio apartment comfortably sleeps up to 2 people (sofa-bed 140x200 cm) and possibly a small child. AC, Wi-Fi & SAT TV. Fully-equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave (no oven), electric kettle. Dining area for 2 guests, along with everything you might need to cook and set the table. All essentials, linen, towels are included (no beach towels). Apartment window (North-East orientation) overlooks the street, sadly there's no balcony. Separate entrance, 2nd floor (1 stair flight) via a shared hallway. Free parking 300m away (uphill) from the house. Baby cot (age group 0-4 years) available for baby guests upon request.

Extra guests & Pets: Sadly, extra guests and visitors are not allowed unless communicated to and agreed with the hosts beforehand. Pets are not allowed.
Parking: We have free parking though it is located 300 meters away from our house uphill (along Banje street). One spot is reserved for each apartment of ours (as per local laws).
Air-conditioning: We have one AC unit per each apartment, each AC is powerful and sufficient for apartment’s area.
Smoking: Allowed only outside. Discard cigarette butts carefully due to fire risks.
Fire alerts: Fire warnings are issued in summers in Croatia due to forest fires. Hence it is forbidden to start open fires outside (sadly no BBQ outside).

Brela extends at the coast on altogether 6 kilometers of length along and possesses a large number of big and small shingle-beaches, which have beach-showers and is equipped mainly with facilities like cafes or small grillrooms.
Under the house, 70m away, is beautiful pebble beach, that massages your feet, beach is awarded many times with Blue Flag for its purity and equipment : chairs, coffee machine, toilettes, also for invalids.

From Brela you can go on excursions to other places in Dalmatia such as Split, Dubrovnik, Omis, island Hvar, island Brac.
