Majitelé jsou vlídní, apartmán udržují v perfektní čistotě a dokonce zdarma přinesli vlastnoručně vyrobené víno a slanečky. Velkou výhodou je vlastní parkovací místo přímo u apartmánu. Vybavení je starší, ale funkční a čisté. S vlastním vařením je to zde horší, protože je zde pouze starý tip vystouplé litinové dvouplotýnky a prakticky nefunkční digestoř, ale pár hrnců a příborů se tam najde. Velice nám tam chyběla mikrovlnka, ale to nepotřebuje každý. Lednička s mrazákem je zánovní, čistá a chladí výborně. Koupelna se záchodem malá, ale poslouží dobře. Dostatek teplé vody a sprcha, která dává dobrý proud vody, žádný ultraúsporný čurek <3 Zde je trochu nepříjemné, že odsávání nefunguje, nebo velmi špatně. V koupelně není okno a pokud jde někdo na záchod, je to tam cítit ještě dlouho potom, což je nepříjemné, pokud se někdo další chce jít třeba osprchovat Pračka ačkoliv byla uvedena, jako vybavení apartmánu, zde není, ale pokud je potřeba, tak majitelka na požádání vypere. Doplňky z pláže, jako nafukovací lehátka, potapěčské masky atd, nesmí do budovy, takže se musí nechávat pod apartmentem na veřejně přístupném místě, což vidím jako největší problém, protože jsme se celou dobu báli, aby nám někdo neukradl paddleboard :S Internetové připojení je velmi slabé, kolem 1 Mbps a to pouze v kuchyni, která je blíže středu domu, navíc se zastaralým šifrováním WEP, které je ve sdílené síti naprosto nevhodné. Doporučuji používat pouze nouzově. Mobilní signál je ale dobrý a rychlý, takže kdo má předplacené větší množství dat, tak v pohodě. Nemilým překvapením pro nás bylo, když nám majitelka při příjezdu oznámila, že za klimatizaci se platí zvlášť a to 5€/den což v době, kdy jsme ubytování objednali a zaplatili uvedeno nebylo, ale to asi bylo způsobeno špatnou komunikací mezi cestovní kanceláří a Booking.com, kde později informace o klimatizaci úplně odstranili. Stručně shrnuto, apartmán má svoje chyby, ale v zásadě bych ho doporučil a sám bych se tam opět někdy rád vrátil. Strávili jsme tam krásnou dovolenou <3"

Apartment Radovan for 3 persons is located on the first floor, and has a breathtaking view to the sea (but really a view to the sea).

The apartment consists in:
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (table and chairs); bathroom - with bath shower, sink and bidet; a terrace (also with a small dining area- table and chairs) with a beautiful view to the sea and islands. There is one room with one double bed and one single bed. The apartment has a TV and an aircondition. The apartment has it own entrance.

Brist is the southernmost touristic locality of the Makarska riviera about 40 kilometers distant from Makarska, situated halfway between Split and Dubrovnik. Dear guests, thank you for coosing our accomodation and welcome to our house! We are a family with many years of experience working in tourism and renting apartments and holiday homes. We rent our beautiful house in order to give tourists the opportunity to meet and experience the unique beauty of the Adriatic coast and to experience the unique way of life in a small seaside town like BRIST. Our house is situated in Brist, a small village on the Adriatic sea. The house is placed 50 meters from the sea. It consists of two floors (graound floor and first floor). It has 3 apartments –

Apartment Radovan for 3 persons,
Apartment Radovan for 4 persons and
Apartment Radovan for 6 fersons.

Apartment Radovan for 6 persons is located on ground floor, and has a view to the sea (but really a view to the sea) and have air condition.

The apartment consists of:
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (big table and chairs); bathroom - with bath tube, sink and bidet; a big terrace (also with dining area- table and chairs) with a beautiful view to the sea and islands. There are two rooms. One room has a double bed, and the other consists in two single beds. Also, in the living room, there is a extandable sofa ( for 2 persons). The apartment has it own entrance.
To all our guests we provide a free parking spot.

Brist is the southernmost touristic locality of the Makarska riviera about 40 kilometers distant from Makarska, situated halfway between Split and Dubrovnik.
