The Apartment was a simple but very well kept and spacious, with a small kitchenette area (two ring electric hob, sink and fridge, crockery and utensils etc) , a nice bathroom area with good powerful shower, and a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a wonderful balcony from which you have beautiful views of the bay area in Lumbarda. Just a short wander down the hillside is the beautiful clear sea perfect for swimming: and almost always deserted of others at the time we went. Lumbarda itself has lovely Agro-turizmo restaurants and extremely helpful and welcoming people, and in early June everything is open for the start of the tourist season but still really quiet and largely empty (And although it will get busier as the season progresses I doubt it will loose its charm).It was perfect. All in all it was a wonderful relaxed and quiet break. Exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend this for anyone seeking the raw beauty of nature in the adriatic. This studio apartment is renovated in winter 2019/2020 and we hope you will like it. We tried to add everything you may need so you can feel like home: dishwasher, new fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, new furniture, and outside furniture as well.
The studio is air-conditioned, with Sat Tv and free Wifi, located on the top floor of a dalmatian stone house with an amazing roof terrace with a view to the village and the sea.

The space
Space is 35qm, big enough for two or three people. In case you have a baby, our baby bed is at your disposal and free of charge. A double bed with a new mattress is 160 x 200cm length and the sofa can be pulled out as an extra bed for 3rd person ( 130x 200 cm).
You can use a backyard, a very quiet and nice place for relaxing, especially in the morning time. Also, barbeque is always available for you in the backyard.
The public parking place is just in front of the house and free of charge. Along with the bed linen and towels, we add beach towels as well and umbrellas in case of raining weather. Also, many books, journals, maps, and Lumbarda book guide. The entrance in the apartment and space inside and outside is just for you and you don't need to share with other guests or with us. The location is just perfect. Just 50 m to the center (bakery, post office, supermarket, bus station, restaurants) and 100 m to the nearest beach and marina Lumbarda. As we have central heating, the apartment is available for rent for the whole year. We hope you will enjoy our apartment and our beautiful Lumbarda too!
(There are approximately 15 steps that lead to an apartment so it is not suitable for people who have difficulties with walking.)

The house of family Peručić is situated at the seaside, near the center of Lumbarda. It has own park place for the guests and the possibility to moor a boat. We offer to our guests a pleasant staying in two apartments for 2-4 persons in the second floor. Lumbarda and our complex has the perfect climate and offers a safe, healthy living environment, away from mass tourism. Driftwood apartment overlooks the sea and is part of a complex of 70 serviced apartments, with it's own private pool area and is uniquely is surrounded by vineyards, testament of the sunny, healthy environment.

The private pool area consists of an interconnecting children and main pools, which overlook the crystal blue sea.

The sea is perfect for swimming and snorkelling for young children, as the sea is crystal clear, non-tidal, does not have any waves, has sandy beaches that are gently sloping with no nasties to catch you out in the water.

We have been there mid May when average temperatures were 26C and 21C in the water.

Messing about on boats, set off on the perfect family activity: Pack a picnic, hire a little 5hp boat from our marina and explore the islands and coves surrounding Lumbarda, perfect for snorkelling and treasure hunts.

The resort is away from Guests have access to great walks and views over local church and vineyards at the back of the resort site, while at the front of the site, guests have shared use of swimming and toddler pools, which is rarely crowded and overlooks the crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea and the mainland mountains in the distance.

Windsurfing, canoe, boat, scooter and car hire are available close by, or chill out over cocktails, non-alcholic if preferred, at the beach bar, they cater for all ages and watch the ships pass by.

Kitchen / living room accessories includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, microware, ceramic hob, juicer and cable TV, with washing machine and clothes horse in secure utility room at side of the apartment.

Air con provides good temperature control inside, while 3 floor fans provides welcome relief on the terrace when temperatures rise.

Additional subtle lighting on the open terrace provides atmosphere at night.

Our reception staff are on hand to answer any queries and to provide information on local activities and events. Laundry service is available twice weekly

Guests also have access to the private pool area of the resort, which is rarely crowded. A hammock is available on request.
