Our Villa Toma, and your holiday home, is surrounded by the shade of pines and young olive trees. It is situated in the centre of Brela called Soline in a unique location at the beach. It is a stone house with a surface area of 140 m2, which was built in 1931 in Mediterranean, Dalmatian style. In 2012, the house was fully refurbished with loving attention to detail.
In 2020 we redecorated our sunbathing area. We have built a heated private pool and a new BBQ area.
Villa Toma has 4 double rooms in which 8 persons can be accommodated comfortably. Each room has a fitted built-in closet, and one of the rooms has a walk-in closet. The furniture will remind you of traditional Dalmatian rooms.
In our beautiful custom made kitchen you will find everything you need for your dream holiday. It is fully equipped including a dishwasher, a built-in refrigerator and freezer, a range hood, an electric water boiler and coffee machine.
The large living room has a table for 8 persons, a nice sofa and satellite TV. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is also provided, and your valuables can be stored in the built-in safe.
Our two bathrooms have underfloor heating and are elegantly furnished with modern shower cabins and toilets. In addition, we offer a separate toilet and washing machine.
On our terrace and balcony you can enjoy a glass of good wine and a nice dinner while watching the sunset and the reflection of the moon in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
All rooms feature state-of-the-art Daikin air-conditioning systems used both for heating and cooling.
What adds to the beauty of our villa is the large lovely garden surrounding it, where you can experience the luscious mix of Mediterranean and Dalmatian scents of lavender, sage and rosemary. In the garden we have arranged deck chairs for you in our “sunbathing area” where you can enjoy the sun without the hustle and bustle of the beach. Your children and you just have to cross the promenade to get to the beach and enjoy the crystal blue sea.
You can park your cars in the yard of the house without additional charge.
A grocery store, the post office, a pharmacy, numerous restaurants and cafes as well as the wellness centre of Hotel Soline are just a few steps away from our villa.

- "We stayed at Vila Toma 10-17 June 2023. The house is very nice and really close to just about everything! The view from the balconies are great. The house is very well equipped and very clean (the maid even came by in the middle of the week to make a smaller clean up, change of towels). Although there are just a few meters from the house to the beach and the beach promenade you feel very secluded in the private yard. You have at least 2 supermarkets, bakeries, many nice restaurants and a pharmacy very close to Vila Toma. The pool at the house was great and used a lot. We cooked at home some nights and it was nice to grill fresh fish. There is also a wellness centre as well as a fitness centre in the hotel nearby. The beach promenade is long and is accessible for everyone. We would love to come back to this house in Brela!"

Villa Petit is completely renovated stone house. It's ideal for families or small groups of 4-6 people. The location of the house is in Brela, old distict Zelici, and it is surrounded by old stone houses, only 200m from the sea.
It has everything you might need: a private swimming pool, TV Sat, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.
The ground floor is a living area with kitchen and dining area. There is an extra bed for two persons on the sofa bed.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower / WC).

- "Lovely stay in this beautiful villa. The girls loved the pool and the views." - "We\'re a couple who wanted to relax and chill with all the mod cons of home! We got all that AND more! What a lovely Vila! The Vila was only completed in June 2016, so the decor was modern and fresh and the apartment was very clean and ready early for us when we arrived. The photos don\'t do it justice, the view of the beach and the mountains were stunning and the pool and terrace were very private, perfect for sunbathing and cooking. There is also an outdoor kitchen which I don\'t think is in the photos, so this was a lovely surprise. Both the terrace and the pool area had shade with an awning and parasol and when it got too hot we had a dip in the pool and had a shower with a view of the sea! The views of the sunsets were stunning! Beach towels and plenty of cleaning supplies were included as well as some oil, salt, pepper, coffee and sugar. There is a little shop just down the road for basic groceries and bigger shops in Brela and Baška Voda just down the coast."

Sunshine Villa comprises 3 apartments on 4 floors.

You enter Apartment 2 at the street level where there is private parking for 2 cars. This spacious street level apartment has a stunning sea view dining terrace and balcony off its open plan living dining kitchen room. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the terrace can be accessed from this room also. There is a twin bedroom and second shower room. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for 1 person or 2 children.

Apartment 3 is a 2-level apartment which has a fabulous top floor sunbathing terrace and a separate dining terrace with stunning panoramic views. The entrance is at street level and then up one flight of stairs. Here you enter the open plan dining room / kitchen off which is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Up the stairs is a living area off which is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room.
On the upper floor is a terrace with fabulous sea views. To the side of the lower floor is a large covered dining terrace, also with amazing views.

Apartment 1 is on the lowest floor, one set of stairs down from Apt 2 on the street level. This spacious apartment has a stunning sea view terrace that runs across the whole front of the apartment. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there is also an area of relaxed seating.
A large sea view kitchen beside the dining terrace has sliding windows that open onto the dining area.
Sleeping is in one double bedroom and a triple room with double bed and single bed. In the the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 person. There are 2 shower rooms.

All the apartments are decorated and furnished tastefully but with a holiday in this Brela house giving a 24 hour taste of the sea, sunshine and moonlight, you'll hardly find yourself indoors!

The house is 2.5 km from Brela centre, approx a 25 min walk along a beautiful coastal path. The seaside promenade goes to Baška Voda in one direction and to Brela centre in the other direction. Along the promenade you can enjoy views of the sea and the islands in the distance in the many cafes along the route.

A holiday in this apartment will give you a 24 hour taste of the sea, sunshine and moonlight, you'll actually hardly find yourself indoors!

Notes
There are in total 2 parking places outside the house and 3 private parking spaces are available 70m from the house. They are for use by the 3 apts in the house. Our representative will show you where to park when you arrive.
Public stairs at the end of the street will take you to the beach. There are approx 200 stairs to the beach. There is also an option to drive down to one of the pay for parking areas closer to the water in central Soline.

The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.
BBQ is available. BBQ must be clean on departure.
Baby cot + linen is available to rent - there are 2 cots for the 3 apts so please book in advance

There are 2 washing machines in a communal room, they are shared between the 3 apartments in the house.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 60 km ride away.

Directions to the house: The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the apartment where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
