The house, Rokova kuca (Rokos house), is located on the seafront on the Ciovo peninsula, 1.5 km from Trogir and 5 km from Split International Airport.
This luxury villa has 4 stars, was renovated in 2014 with the best building materials and offers a comfortable ambience for 12 people (+2 children) in 6 double rooms on two floors. The floors are equipped the same. There is a large living room, an open kitchen and three tastefully furnished double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, etc. All rooms are equipped with double beds in the size of 200 x 160 cm. The bright living-dining area leads to the large terrace with sea view (approx. 60 m²). Each floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, toilet and sink. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, LED TV / SAT, hi-fi stereo amplifier with an integrated Bluetooth interface and WiFi. Villa Amarina est une charmante maison en pierre, de style dalmate, parfaitement intégrée dans un paysage naturel, dans un espace verdoyant, il semble qu'elle y soit depuis toujours. La décoration est chaleureuse, légère et confortable, comme si le fier propriétaire venait de laisser les clés. Les terrasses ont été habilement aménagées pour tirer le meilleur parti des heures ensoleillées du matin et du soir, certaines sont ombragées pour les heures où il y a plus de chaleur, et toutes ont une vue splendide sur la mer et la côte Adriatique. Cette maison idyllique a été construite sur un parc paysager de 1000 m2 qui stimule les sens, avec ses pins, arbustes et parfums méditerranéens. La villa est située près du sommet de l'île et offre une vue panoramique sur la mer Adriatique, de magnifiques couchers de soleil et un ciel étoilé. Modernly designed and furnished with all the necessary comforts, the interior of the villa extends over an area of 380 m2. The villa is set within a spacious garden abounding with Mediterranean plants and consists of main house (250 m2, 4 ensuite bedrooms) and separated garden apartment (100 m2, 2 ensuite bedrooms). The Villa boasts an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, fabulous BBQ area and spacious sunny terrace perfect for lazy summer evenings with a glass of local wine!

The house is surrounded by a wonderful fully enclosed private plot and it offers relaxing holidays in peace and privacy. At the distance of 150 m there are 3 restaurants where you can enjoy all the pleasures of local cuisine. This untouched part of the coast line offers miles and miles of walks around the island, small secluded beaches, fishing, snorkeling and diving.
Villa Mirjana is located on Ciovo Island, only 15 minutes drive from Split airport and 2 km from the historic, UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Trogir is reachable by bus or water taxi departing from nearby village, just 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. From the nearby Slatine village (3 km) you can get a ferry to Split which runs regullary from Slatine and Trogir as well.

There was more than enough room for the 7 of us women given the roominess of the main house, the pool house and the many exterior terraces and zones available to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our use of the pool, hot tub, and exercise room—not to mention the swimming we did just outside our gate in the Adriatic. The kitchen is well-equipped and the nearby grocery store made stocking it an easy job. We enjoyed walking, but found public transport convenient, as well, as the local bus runs right past the door. Our location between Slatine and Trogir allowed us to make use of the local ferry, too. While chilling was really appealing, there is much to do and see in the area around Ciovo Island. Our visits to both Trogir and Split had us in awe of the sites—and a visit to Krka National Park was truly breathtaking. As a host, Matko can’t be beat. We were welcomed to the Villa with a bottle of Prosecco—and Matko appeared the next day with homemade sticky buns and a delicious homemade jam. He was always just a text away and helped us arrange day trips and private transportation, as well. We all agree we would return in a heartbeat if circumstances ever allow for a reunion!"

- "This beautiful property is in Trogir and sits at the top of the overlooking the town. The house and pool were wonderful! Everything is modern and up to date with an easy walk to the town. The roads are narrow for driving but we had a large van and there is private parking. I highly recommend this property, we were a family of 7 adults with lots of room" - "We had a great stay at this lovely villa. It had great facilities with the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub with amazing views. The whole property was immaculately clean and all guests had a comfortable stay. Miranda was very accommodating, greeting us on arrival and helping to arrange airport transfers and was very quick to respond to any queries. She was also accommodating of early check in/ late check out so we could make the most of our stay. The location was great with Trogir just a short walk away and Split a short taxi/bus away. We enjoyed visiting all of the bars and restaurants each day and there was certainly plenty to choose from. The location at the top of the hill meant it was difficult for the eldest member of our party (who is awaiting a knee replacement) to walk to the villa but very reasonably priced Ubers were readily available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend."
