The house, Rokova kuca (Rokos house), is located on the seafront on the Ciovo peninsula, 1.5 km from Trogir and 5 km from Split International Airport.
This luxury villa has 4 stars, was renovated in 2014 with the best building materials and offers a comfortable ambience for 12 people (+2 children) in 6 double rooms on two floors. The floors are equipped the same. There is a large living room, an open kitchen and three tastefully furnished double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, etc. All rooms are equipped with double beds in the size of 200 x 160 cm. The bright living-dining area leads to the large terrace with sea view (approx. 60 m²). Each floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, toilet and sink. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, LED TV / SAT, hi-fi stereo amplifier with an integrated Bluetooth interface and WiFi. In the kitchen there is an oven, a stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, as well as high-quality cutlery, tea towels and cooking accessories. Villa Amarina est une charmante maison en pierre, de style dalmate, parfaitement intégrée dans un paysage naturel, dans un espace verdoyant, il semble qu'elle y soit depuis toujours. La décoration est chaleureuse, légère et confortable, comme si le fier propriétaire venait de laisser les clés. Les terrasses ont été habilement aménagées pour tirer le meilleur parti des heures ensoleillées du matin et du soir, certaines sont ombragées pour les heures où il y a plus de chaleur, et toutes ont une vue splendide sur la mer et la côte Adriatique. Cette maison idyllique a été construite sur un parc paysager de 1000 m2 qui stimule les sens, avec ses pins, arbustes et parfums méditerranéens. La villa est située près du sommet de l'île et offre une vue panoramique sur la mer Adriatique, de magnifiques couchers de soleil et un ciel étoilé. La villa dispose de cinq chambres pour les adultes, deux sont en suite, et une « chambre de marin » pour six enfants ou adolescents afin qu'ils puissent être un peu indépendants de leurs parents. We also got to know the owner Stéphane personally, his concern at all times was to make us feel comfortable and I can only say he is a great host. We would book there again in a heartbeat! I can imagine that you could also spend Christmas here together as a family. Then the sauna and steam bath would come into play, which are really nice. You can visit as well, the second largest Croatian city and according to many, the most beautiful city in the world, city of Split. Split is situated 20 kilometers away from Trogir. You can go there by car, take a bus from Trogir or by boat. Airport Split is situated less than 10 minutes by car. The Krka National Park is less than one hour away, it offers crystal clear waterfalls and beautiful landscape. The pool has an amazing view of Trogir and the sunsets are gorgeous. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to walk back to the house after a day at the beach or after a long tour and jump into the pool or use the sauna or hot tub. A 5 min walk will take you to Trogir where you can submerge in history and have excellent food and the BEST Gelato, even options for our Gluten free needs (which was difficult to find in Split). The hosts are amazing people, very helpful and reachable at all times, they even came to do a light cleaning twice. They welcomed us at the house with fruit, coffee, cheese and prosciutto, water and juice in the fridge and delicious local pastries. Whitin 5 min walk you can find bakeries, groceries stores, even “fast food”. All the tours offerings are amazing do not let pass the chance to rent a scooter and roam around the island !!! Goran, the host contacted us with a taxi van we used for doing short tours to Split, Kris and even to Krka National Park. The only but I could think of is that the house is right on the airport path, if you are inside the house you barely hear them…only if you are outside. Nothing terrible and you quickly get used to it. The plus, is you are 15’ from the airport. The whole experience was beyond AMAZING! I will come back to Villa Trogir!"

Going down through the stairs, you will get into a big open space which host a living area with a huge sofa and tv, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 10 people.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, ice maker, blender, large set of cutlery (24 pieces each), glasses of all kinds (for red wine, white wine, long drink, soft drink , shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of dishes, bowls, pots and pans.
On this floor there is the 4th bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom has access to a private garden with outdoor furniture.

The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace is equipped with sun loungers and beach towels. The outdoor shower is right by the pool.

The cleaner Anna Maria came in daily and did a great job, as did the pool cleaner. The only disappointing thing was no washing machine though there is plenty of room on the bottom floor for one. I do think for anyone staying in a villa it is a necessity, but apart from that I would thoroughly recommend staying here. Trogir is a beautiful town, full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Also it is a lovely boat journey from here to Split. Convenience to the airport makes it a good choice for a holiday destination."

This is the first year for us to rent out the villa apt. It is newly build and renovated.

The villa apt has 128 m2 and comprises of 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/ dining area that opens to large terrace with fabulous sea views. In the front of the apt you will find large outside private space with pool table, outdoor shower, sun loungers and large dining table for eating and relaxing.

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms with double beds. The bathrooms are also located in the ground floor. The internal stairs will take you to the first floor with large dining and kitchen space with large seaview terrace. The sleeping is also on the sofa bed in the living room.

The villa apt has a private parking for up to 3 cars.

There is a frequent bus service to Trogir town and the bus stop is close by. The boat station is also only 300m away which goes to Trogir old town frequently. The nearest restaurant is 500m away, the nearest grocery shop is 300m away.

Enjoy sunset views over the sea as you dine or have a drink from the terrace having grilled fresh local fish and meat on the brick BBQ grill which is in the garden. Alternatively you can dine outside on the ground floor garden area. You can also enjoy one of the many restaurants in Trogir town.

- "The apartment is just how it looks in the pictures. Very nice! Comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeper sofa, two large balconies, and a well-stocked kitchen. Saw another review saying the pool table was unusable — we didn’t use it, but it looked fine to me when I peeked under the cover. The showers both worked, and everything was operational and in good condition throughout the apartment, including the clothes washing machine. The person managing the reservation on VRBO wasn’t very helpful, referring me to the owner of the property (who was out of the country), but I was contacted by the neighbor, Andrea, via WhatsApp the day before check-in, and Andrea was friendly and accommodating. Andrea made checking in and checking out easy, and she gave us the WiFi info in person. There’s a spot for parking. We were able to fit our rental minivan into the spot, so that was good. The apartment is close walking distance to a beach, and also reasonable to walk (30 minutes) into Trogir for a meal and gelato. It only took us 15 minutes to get to the Split airport, so the location is great for that too! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious place to relax after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Croatia!"
