The en-suite rooms were prefect and the pool table and ping pong table provided great entertainment. The pool is a good size and plenty of room to lounge. Villa Nike is completely built in june 2018 according to european standards.The house uses energy from renewable sources. The water is heated with solar energy and the garden is supplied with rainwater from the tank.

On the ground floor there is an open space with kitchen with the bar and the dining table and a living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV with satellite program and free wireless internet. The house is completely air-conditioned.

The house offers with its garden and pool an oasis of peace and relaxation for family or a group of friends who want to spend nice days together.
Duce is a series of small settlements in Poljica, the area between the Adriatic Sea and the Mountains of Mosor. Beautiful sandy beaches stretching six kilometers from Dugi Rat to Omis make Duce a perfect tourist destination for families with small children.

Our house is on the sea side of Duce on a plot of 600m2 .. The house is 300m2 large.

We are situated only 6 km from town Omiš, perfectly close, but still far enough to have your own privacy. Omiš is small costal town, with beautiful beaches for all tastes, sand beach in the very centre, pebble beach on the east as well rock cliffs for the adventurer. Besides beaches there are many cultural and historical sights to see, starting with legend of Omiš pirates. Few km away there is a popular excursion site Radman mills, surrounded with magnificent canyon mountains, domestic cuisine, rafting or rowing possibilities will emphasize your experience.
We are proud to say that town Split is only 30 minutes driving from our “haven”. It is second largest town in Croatia, tourist centre of Dalmatia, founded from ancient roman imperator Diocletian more than 1700 years ago- a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Split indulges all your interests, from priceless historical sights in the very centre of the town, numerous taverns, vine and oil bars, beaches and forest Marjan, sports events, football club Hajduk, to night clubs and fun.
Besides all near locations it is worth to mention also possible excursions we would suggest. Waterfalls on River Krka are near pictures town Šibenik, only 150 km away. Town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast, national park Plitivica lakes to the north 250 km. You should also try to take a ferry to one of our islands from Split port or one day excursions from Omiš.
Minimum stay in the period of 1st June till 1st October is one week (7 days). Arrival and departure of guests is always on Saturday so there is a possibility to rent only one, two or more weeks. Departure is on Saturday till 10 am and arrival on Saturday from 4 pm.
Our villa has been built in 1974 and was completely renovated in the beginning of 2014. 40 years of enjoying it is the best prove of the quality of the vacation in it as well as accommodation in completely renovated facility.

Three separate bedrooms, of which two rooms have one double bed – king size and additional single bed in each room, those two rooms are situated on the floor. In the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and one with shower and one small separate toilette. Kitchen and living room are placed in the ground floor equipped with all necessary gadgets and air condition. On your disposal will be washing machine, dish washing machine, FREE internet, satellite TV, GPS navigation system, iron, hair dryer… Around the house there are four terraces, barbeque, swimming pool and large garden.
The entire house has central heating system, and two air conditions. Thanks to the mountain breeze, 300m altitude and touch of the forest, nights in summer are much pleasant than in the other places.
To the nearest grocery store they are less that 5 minutes driving, supermarket in in 6 km distance, and large malls are some 20 minutes driving, in the suburb of Split.
We found our small neighborhood very pleasant, 12 weekend cottages, very quite surrounding respecting once privacy.

The villa is in the village of Svinišće, 5km from the river Cetina and 10 km from the sea, raised on highlands of the mountain Omiška-Dinara.

For smaller groups (6 person) there is top floor (next to parking) with kitchen + dining room + living room + terrace for common socializing during the day + small toilet. That floor is connected by inner stairs with three bedrooms and big bathroom on the floor below.
For bigger groups villa has a separated bedroom unit plus bathroom on ground floor (next to gym room) for 2 persons.

Next to parking and main door at your disposal is a big living room and dining room ending in a terrace, with fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Three bedrooms downstairs (2 bedrooms kingsize bed and 1 bedroom 2 x single bed + sofa) and a big bathroom.
At the ground floor next to the swimming pool is seperated entrance for gym room and bedroom (kingsize bed) with bathroom.
In the front of the house, under the shade, there is terrace and big wood table for 10 persons, where you can have a lunch or a dinner while enjoying in a peaceful and breathtaking enviroment. Next to terrace is outdoor stone barbecue, and a big pool where you can relax and enjoy in beautifull view. We sometimes welcome our guests and prepare dinner (local food specialties) for them (min. 7 nights). You will also be able to taste ouer homemade products (organic) such as olive oil, cherry liqueur, marmalades, jam etc (all from ouer fruit trees).
Every morning (except Monday) 100 m from villa comes van with fresh bread, croissant, milk... Nearest shop is in neighboring village Kučiće 4km.
Only 10 km from us is Omis city, very small, but lovely and beautiful city on the Adriatic coast. Also, Omis is an ideal place to plan an active holidays or recreational weekend. Regardless of your sporting preferences, whether it be diving, wind-surfing, rafting or kayaking (on still-water or rapids), hiking, rock-climbing, hang- or paragliding, cycling or boating, this former refuge of pirates and buccaneers offers all of this on a background of exquisite natural beauty. Also, Omis got a zipline, one of the biggest in this part of Europe.
And don't forget, Split is only 30 km from us!
If you want to explore more you can easily reach Trogir (55 km), Makarska (35 km), Natural park Krka (94 km), Dubrovnik (206 km), islands Brač, Vis or Hvar, Međugorje and Mostar - BIH (150 km).
From the airport, you can take a taxi or rent a car. If you do not want to rent a car and just stay at villa, a home owner can pick you up at the airport and drive you around (extra charge).

The house is divided on three levels: the ground floor is the open kitchen with living and dining area, and a laundry room with washing machine. In the two upper floors housed in three double rooms, all of which always have a subsequent, private shower room with toilet.
The well-kept interior is modern and offers comfortable facilities.
Next to the dining area is the open kitchen, which allows an extensive self-sufficiency in a four-zone induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer.
From the kitchen you directly reach the garden with charcoal grill fireplace and a shaded terrace that is perfect for outdoor dining. From the living and dining room leads directly to the pool.

Our Villa are located in Duce, a town located between Omis and Dugi Rat, on the Riviera Omis.

Duce is a small quiet town, nestled between the Adriatic sea and the mountain Mosor. The royal mountain range covered with vast pine forests that extend to the beach, perfect destination Duce in a special way. The clean air, the mild climate and the enchanting views of the sea and the islands are things that will impress every visitor at first sight.

The beautiful sandy beaches are a natural phenomenon and are one of the most important tourist destinations in the central Dalmatian coast. The whole beach is continuously flat and therefore ideal for families with small children.

The town of Omis, just 1.5 km from Duce, offers a variety of entertainment, leisure and sporting activities. The history of this small town is long and very interesting. Omis offers because of its unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the Cetina river and the sea, an amazing landscape. Thus, the eco-tourism in rural households, sports such as rafting on the rapids of the Cetina, climbing on the cliffs, surfing, marathon swimming and beach volleyball are an attractive part of the tourist attractions and activities.

Because of the location of Omis, at the mouth of the Cetina River and the foot of the steep cliff, the wind in Omis never missing. The local supermarket is a short walk down the hill and the beach a 5 minute walk down a dusty track. The old town is approximately 15 minute walk which offer many places to eat and drink. Lots of places of interest along the river and river taxis at a small cost. We booked a half day boat trip to the island of Brac and a stop at the blue lagoon a fantastic morning and would recommend.
