Also, there is a built-in BBQ around the corner, possibly supporting the idea of alfresco living.

The en-suite rooms were prefect and the pool table and ping pong table provided great entertainment. The pool is a good size and plenty of room to lounge. Only 35 kilometres from the house there is an airport , waterfalls of River Krka s a 150 km away ,town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast national park Plitvice lakes is 250 km.

Villa Nike is completely built in june 2018 according to european standards.The house uses energy from renewable sources. The water is heated with solar energy and the garden is supplied with rainwater from the tank.

On the ground floor there is an open space with kitchen with the bar and the dining table and a living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV with satellite program and free wireless internet. The house is completely air-conditioned.

Sandy beach and shallow sloping water is ideal for families with children.

The house offers with its garden and pool an oasis of peace and relaxation for family or a group of friends who want to spend nice days together.
Duce is a series of small settlements in Poljica, the area between the Adriatic Sea and the Mountains of Mosor. Beautiful sandy beaches stretching six kilometers from Dugi Rat to Omis make Duce a perfect tourist destination for families with small children.

Our house is on the sea side of Duce on a plot of 600m2 .. The house is 300m2 large.

Our location is in small weekend settlement isolated from any commercialization or noise, in forest surrounded with few similar weekend cottages. Wake up with birds, cricket sound and fresh air. Experience wind breeze in your hair with amazing view – all in one- mountains, river canyon and sea with island. We are situated only 6 km from town Omiš, perfectly close, but still far enough to have your own privacy. Omiš is small costal town, with beautiful beaches for all tastes, sand beach in the very centre, pebble beach on the east as well rock cliffs for the adventurer. Besides beaches there are many cultural and historical sights to see, starting with legend of Omiš pirates. Few km away there is a popular excursion site Radman mills, surrounded with magnificent canyon mountains, domestic cuisine, rafting or rowing possibilities will emphasize your experience.
We are proud to say that town Split is only 30 minutes driving from our “haven”. It is second largest town in Croatia, tourist centre of Dalmatia, founded from ancient roman imperator Diocletian more than 1700 years ago- a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Split indulges all your interests, from priceless historical sights in the very centre of the town, numerous taverns, vine and oil bars, beaches and forest Marjan, sports events, football club Hajduk, to night clubs and fun.
Besides all near locations it is worth to mention also possible excursions we would suggest. Waterfalls on River Krka are near pictures town Šibenik, only 150 km away. Town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast, national park Plitivica lakes to the north 250 km. You should also try to take a ferry to one of our islands from Split port or one day excursions from Omiš.
Minimum stay in the period of 1st June till 1st October is one week (7 days). Arrival and departure of guests is always on Saturday so there is a possibility to rent only one, two or more weeks. Departure is on Saturday till 10 am and arrival on Saturday from 4 pm.
Our villa has been built in 1974 and was completely renovated in the beginning of 2014. 40 years of enjoying it is the best prove of the quality of the vacation in it as well as accommodation in completely renovated facility.

Three separate bedrooms, of which two rooms have one double bed – king size and additional single bed in each room, those two rooms are situated on the floor. In the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and one with shower and one small separate toilette. Kitchen and living room are placed in the ground floor equipped with all necessary gadgets and air condition. On your disposal will be washing machine, dish washing machine, FREE internet, satellite TV, GPS navigation system, iron, hair dryer… Around the house there are four terraces, barbeque, swimming pool and large garden.
The entire house has central heating system, and two air conditions. Thanks to the mountain breeze, 300m altitude and touch of the forest, nights in summer are much pleasant than in the other places.
To the nearest grocery store they are less that 5 minutes driving, supermarket in in 6 km distance, and large malls are some 20 minutes driving, in the suburb of Split.
We found our small neighborhood very pleasant, 12 weekend cottages, very quite surrounding respecting once privacy.

The house is divided on three levels: the ground floor is the open kitchen with living and dining area, and a laundry room with washing machine. In the two upper floors housed in three double rooms, all of which always have a subsequent, private shower room with toilet.
The well-kept interior is modern and offers comfortable facilities.
Next to the dining area is the open kitchen, which allows an extensive self-sufficiency in a four-zone induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer.

Our Villa are located in Duce, a town located between Omis and Dugi Rat, on the Riviera Omis.

Duce is a small quiet town, nestled between the Adriatic sea and the mountain Mosor. The royal mountain range covered with vast pine forests that extend to the beach, perfect destination Duce in a special way. VILLA PROVOS
Villa Provos is a great option for couples or two families with children because it can accommodate 6+2 people. It's situated in the quiet little village of Naklice, only 7 km from the sea and the small town of Omis. After a complete renovation in 2024, Villa Provos boasts luxurious furnishings and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The town, river, restaurant, and sand and pebble beach are all within a ten-minute drive away, or you can choose to do nothing but unwind in the tranquil surroundings that this small village has to offer. You can have a traditional dinner at a great little restaurant about 100 meters away, where the amazing young chef will impress you with his most elegant creations.

The bedrooms NO1 and NO2 each have a queen-size bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and an attached bathroom with a shower.

Attic bedroom NO 3 features two 90cm x 200cm single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a 145cm x 200cm double bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and a play corner for your littlest child.

Few steps lower are the fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen (which includes a microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker), as well as a door leading to the grassy area featuring a swing and a children's teeter, and another door leading to a covered outdoor dining area with a barbeque. with a laundry room and dryer in addition to an entrance leading to a fenced playground and barbeque area. There is a separate toilet with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing supplies right next to the kitchen.

We live approximately 100 meters away from the villa and are always available if needed. We take good care of our guests, and as a result, they have been coming back. There are lots of sports options in the nearby area. Experience canoeing, biking, paragliding, zip-lining, rafting, and much more. Take it all in for yourself! 7 km from the house, on the Cetina River, is where most of them are arranged.

The vacation home Villa Provos is approximately 7 km away from Omis, which is a bustling city. Sveti Petar, or St. Peter, is an ancient Croatian church with significant cultural value. Plenty of excellent eateries, pubs, and the best beaches with crystal-clear views are all within ten minutes' drive.

The famous town of Split, which is only 18 km away and takes less than 30 minutes to get to, is a must-see location because it is full of eateries, fascinating sites to explore, and bustling both during the day and at night. The river cruise was good as well. 5 island tour looks great and a friend recommended it but we ran out of days. Krka waterfalls is beautiful and well worth a visit too. Villa POCRNJA is located in a very quiet and natural environment in place Stanići, just 4 km from Omiš, and 30 km from Split. It is positioned at the higher part of Stanići with absolutely open sea and island views. Everything is within walking distance so the car is not so necessary but it is recommended.

The internal steps led you to a fitness room with an orbit track and exercise bike on the second floor and from this room, you can exit to the pool area, you can also approach the pool from the outside steps (exit from the hall), altogether you don`t have too many steps, it is all very well organized and leveled. Three bikes are also available for your use so you can explore the neighborhood with an amazing view while driving.

The premise of the owner's house is a traditional tavern on the ground floor at the parking level,. The owner produces his own craft beer and you have the opportunity to taste traditional food in the typical dalmatian atmosphere. From its modern feel, its cleanliness, fantastic facilities (the kitchen was so well equipped), to the pool, locality to the sea and off course the stunning views! I cant mention the property without saying how welcoming Damir and all of the family were to us from the moment we go there through great communication. They met us as we arrived and provided us with a fantastic meal and drinks which after the travel was much appreciated. They were keen to recommend place to see or eat (do search out the Flintstones restaurant, the drive is worth it!).and when asked nothing was too much trouble for them. The family arrived on our final day with more drink and a birthday cake as 2 of our party were celebrating a very kind and appreciated gesture.
