Bringing our heavy luggages for 5 flights of stairs was really hard. Our apartment had the living room with the WC on the ground floor and the night area on a mezzanine floor. The stairs leading to the mezzanine floor was very tight and steep. For me that kind of accomodation is completely unacceptable above all if you consider the price which is quite expensive. I informed the concierge and they gave me a stupid reply. Since that building is an historical one, they couldn't have a lift. I told them that in historical buildings there is also the possibility to have an EXTERNAL lift "
