It is located on the first floor of the house and is completely new and of high quality. On 55 m2 it offers space for max. 3 people (one bedroom and sleeping space for another 1 person on the sofa bed in the living room). The house is located in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden with olive and fig trees. The car can be parked on the property. Due to the convenient location of the house, everything is easily accessible on foot. Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Villa Danica is a new apartment house (completed in 2016), at the beach directly (10m to the gravel beach in front of the door) is not far from the center (500m). It is located in Betina on Murter Island, which is connected by bridge to the mainland in Tisno. There is no ferry necessary, what an uncomplicated journey allows.
The studio apartment is perfect for 2-3 persons (2 + 1). In the apartment there is a double bed and an additional pull-out sofa bed for one person. It is located in. 2 Floor and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
