- "A charming, clean, spacious and well-managed guest house. The owners (Anna and Davor) live on the premises. They are always available if you have questions or need anything. Our flight to Dubrovnik changed at the last minute. After picking up our rental car, we arrived at Apartments Njiric at midnight (much later than planned). Their daughter (Nikki) was at the apartment to warmly welcome us. Knowing we were tired from our travels, she let us “settle in” and then visited us again the following morning to provide us with information to help with our stay. A nice feature is the small well-stocked grocery store a minute's walk in which we purchased our breakfast items such as fresh pastries, bread, milk, coffee, cereal, yogurt, water, etc.. Very convenient for guests. My wife and daughter forgot to bring a travel hair dryer. Anna was quick to provide us with one. When we needed towels for the beach, Anna provided them for us (saving us money from having to purchase them). Also quite convenient is that Anna and Davor’s son (Milo) runs a boating/tour company called Marinero Excursions. We used his company for the “Three Island” tour as well as the “Blue Cave Tour”. Very easy to set-up without having to spend time searching for a reputable company. The harbor from where the boats leave is a 3 minute drive (the company provides a shuttle pick- up as well). Highly recommend both tours. "

Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, Sunny apartment (House Tereza) sits on a quiet and relaxing seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

Apartment is located on the 2nd floor which means 2 floors above ground floor and stairs in the house to climb up. There is no elevator in the house. Apartment consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (double bed 160x200 cm) with two bathrooms. There is electric stove, fridge, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no microwave, oven and washing machine in the apartment. There are 3 air conditioning in the unit. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not provided. There is also a private balcony/terrace with a direct sea view and shared terrace on the ground floor by the sea. Waterfront and ground floor terrace are shared with other guests staying in House Tereza.

HOW TO GET HERE
If you are coming by car Zaton is located on the main road ( M2,E65), and our apartment has a private parking in garage. If you are coming by plane, airport is 30km far and you can come with a Shutlle bus (7EUR-30min) from Airport Dubrovnik to the main Bus Station in Dubrovnik from where you can take buses No. 12,15,26 or 35 to Zaton. Ticket is (2 EUR -15 min) and you should get off on the Bus Stop in front of Restaurant Babilon in Zaton from where you need only 200m to apartment. You can take taxi from airport ( 55 EUR ), or taxi from Dubrovnik ( 20 EUR ). Or we can arrange transfer for our guests with surcharge which is perhaps the best option for you (40 EUR ), for this option inform us in mail ( about your flight details ).
Public transport to Dubrovnik and the nearby is very frequent (every 40 min at least ) and the bus stop is situated 200 m – 4 min walk from the Apartment. Till Dubrovnik you should pay 2 EUR one way ticket and you will need approximately 20min to start walking over the main street Stradun in the Old town.

Newly renovated modern apartment in Zaton Veliki, 10 km from Dubrovnik and only 300 meters from the beach, has two rooms with very comfortable beds, a living room that can serve as a bed, two spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Guests have at their disposal a balcony and two terraces in front of the house as well as free parking and wi-fi. All rooms have air conditioning. Zaton is a beautiful bay with a 4km long promenade with plenty of places to swim. Only 300 meters from the apartment there are 4 restaurants offering fresh fish and meat and local delicacies. The bus station is 300 m down the road from the apartment, and the airport is 30 km away.

- "Apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived, it has very good quality furnishings, everything you would expect for self catering and more. Beds are lovely and comfy, bathrooms are good quality with excellent showers. the outside seating area is very nice with a couple of tables and 2 sun beds and a balcony with a table off the first floor. These areas are shared with the apartment on the second floor but we found this was not a problem as there was always somewhere to sit and eat. The Apartment is towards the back of the village in a quiet location with approx 250 meter walk down a small sloping street to the harbour. Zaton Village is a lovely relaxed location with 4 excellent restaurants and a couple of 'beach bars' we ate in 2 of the restaurants and the quality of the food is 1st class. we also ate in the pizzeria at the back of the village which is also very good. The coastline is absolutely stunning and you can find your own secluded spot on the rocks if you walk through the forest local to the harbour, the snorkelling is excellent. we would highly recommend these apartments, the owners live on the ground floor and are always around to give advice / help if required with lots of local knowledge.
