- "A charming, clean, spacious and well-managed guest house. The owners (Anna and Davor) live on the premises. They are always available if you have questions or need anything. Our flight to Dubrovnik changed at the last minute. After picking up our rental car, we arrived at Apartments Njiric at midnight (much later than planned). Their daughter (Nikki) was at the apartment to warmly welcome us. Knowing we were tired from our travels, she let us “settle in” and then visited us again the following morning to provide us with information to help with our stay. A nice feature is the small well-stocked grocery store a minute's walk in which we purchased our breakfast items such as fresh pastries, bread, milk, coffee, cereal, yogurt, water, etc.. Very convenient for guests. My wife and daughter forgot to bring a travel hair dryer. Anna was quick to provide us with one. When we needed towels for the beach, Anna provided them for us (saving us money from having to purchase them). Also quite convenient is that Anna and Davor’s son (Milo) runs a boating/tour company called Marinero Excursions. We used his company for the “Three Island” tour as well as the “Blue Cave Tour”. Very easy to set-up without having to spend time searching for a reputable company. The harbor from where the boats leave is a 3 minute drive (the company provides a shuttle pick- up as well). Highly recommend both tours. "

Apartment consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (double bed 160x200 cm) with two bathrooms. There is electric stove, fridge, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no microwave, oven and washing machine in the apartment. There are 3 air conditioning in the unit. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not provided. There is also a private balcony/terrace with a direct sea view and shared terrace on the ground floor by the sea. Waterfront and ground floor terrace are shared with other guests staying in House Tereza.
Private parking is in front of the house.

Swimming is LITERALLY on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We are offering private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas included.

There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle board for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

- "My family really enjoyed our stay at Tereza. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and a short bus ride to Dubrovnik. The rental was clean and inviting. There was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well equipped to prepare stove top meals. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony that overlooked the bay. We would cool off after our daily treks by taking a swim off the bulkhead of the property. The owners were very accommodating. Anita was readily available to offer advice and went out of her way to call and make reservations at local restaurants."
