- "These trailers are located in a industrial area so we were disturbed some late nights and early mornings by traffic. The walls are very thin and you can also hear neighbours in the other trailers. The accomondation itself was not clean when we arrived, there were dirty dishes, one unclean pillow and hair in the shower. We contacted the host and were refunded when we got home, though it took us several attempts to get an answer when we contacted them. Apart from that the accomondation had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. We have definetly stayed at better places but apart from it not being clean when we arrived it was a good stay."

Our guesthouse is located in Midvagur, on Vagar Island, 7minutes driving from FAE Airport, within easy reach of several tourist attractions (Mykines, Gasadalur - Mulafossur, Hanging Lake - Bosdalafossur/Traelanipan, Witch's Finger, Heart Lake) and Bonus grocery store, which is 2minutes away from the house on foot.

If you wish to have a car at an affordable price, that's also possible, we have manual and automatic cars available as well, even though you don't stay with us throughout your entire holiday.

Nice large high basement apartment with beautiful views of the city, harbor with the sea in the distance. Centrally located and quiet environment at the shopping center and bus stop for red free city buses and blue airport bus within 250 meters.
Free parking space at the home and short distances - less than one km. - to the tourist office, pedestrian street, the parliament, eateries and the cathedral, sports facilities incl. swimming pool and interesting Faroese art museum. Nordens Hus, with a café and changing exhibitions, is a little further away, about 1.5 km

Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.

The space
The apartment is in a peaceful area. It is suitable for business travelers who want a quiet environment. If you are nature lovers, it is just the right place. You can go down to the lake or up the mountain. It is also suitable for families with children. It is located far into the Faroe Islands' longest fjord, called Skálafjørður. About 600 people live in Skála. On the other side of the fjord is Runavik with 3,000 inhabitants. The apartment is newly renovated.

Guest access
Guests have a private entrance in the basement. If I'm home, I'll greet you, otherwise the key is in a lockbox at the entrance, and you'll get a code from me by email.
