- "These trailers are located in a industrial area so we were disturbed some late nights and early mornings by traffic. The walls are very thin and you can also hear neighbours in the other trailers. The accomondation itself was not clean when we arrived, there were dirty dishes, one unclean pillow and hair in the shower. We contacted the host and were refunded when we got home, though it took us several attempts to get an answer when we contacted them. Apart from that the accomondation had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. Cozy room in a 1950's stylish designed house within short walking distance from nearly everything in town 1) cultural/historical sites like Tinganes, Skansin, 2) scenic/natural sites like Svartifossur and Boðanes and 3) restaurants like "Toscana", “Áarstova”, “Barbara Fishhouse”, “Ræst” and 5 minutes walk from tourist office, bakery, shops, drugstore, cinema, The National Stadium and the city’s swimming pool. Bus stop is almost right next to the house.

The space
At present we have accommodation in AIRBNB including bathroom, and access to fridge and washing machine. The accommodation have 2 different entries.

Stay and relax in the cozy garden of the house. Within the nice garden are outdoor table, a bench, several chairs and an 90 years old traditional Faroese wooden boat where it is possible to take a break before and/or after a day of amazing experiences.

This is a rental of a room which is primarily for one person in a single bed, but with possibilities for one more single bed, and one more person in the room. There is also a sofa-bed in the Livingroom, for two more persons.

The apartment has two rooms and the host lives in one room himself. The host communicates in English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish.

The guest has access to a bathroom and may also use the kitchen and otherwise stay in the living room at certain times of the day.

A central location in the middle of the Faroe Islands only about 17 minutes drive from the capital Tórshavn. A private entrance and spacious corridor, a modern 14 m2 bright room with a double bed, a table with 4 chairs and with a lovely view. A very nice private new bathroom with shower. A new kitchen with all facilities. About 2 minutes drive to the nearest grocery-store. For about 25 years, the host has worked as a tourist guide with Scandinavian, English and German-speaking tourists.

The room is on the ground floor, where there are 5 rooms in total (all rented out to different people).

The entrance, bathroom and cooking amenities are all shared with other guests.

The location is close to city bus stops, which can take you to the city center in 5 mins. The nearest grocery store is about an 8 min walk away.

The space
There is one common hallway. In the middle there are stairs to the second floor, where the owner lives. Each renter has a room marked with the letter A to E. There is a boiler room at the end of the hallway (white door, across from room A) where washing clothes and dishes is possible.

Guests can make use of the room, bathroom, hallway (also area with the kitchenette) and the boiler room (where the washing machine is).

During your stay
There will be minimal interactions in-person, but the occasional greeting can happen. We can always be reached through texting in the app.

Other things to note
The owner lives on the second floor.

The owner also has 4 small bred Maltese dogs. The dogs can occasionally bark in response to sudden noises, but they are quiet during the night.
