Other things to note
Canasvieiras is one of those beaches that you can't miss visiting. Its waters are always clean and heated by the hot summer sun. The sea is calm and, due to the fact that it has few waves, is the darling between families with children and the elderly. The beach of Canasvieiras is also fine and clear sand, without stones in the middle of the path and super nice to walk. The fine sand is great for kids playing and having fun with their sandy “buildings.”

The space
The apartment is on the second floor (there are 2 flights of stairs to climb), with complete privacy. The balconies of the living room and kitchen overlook the sea (from a distance and the sunset is charming, one of the most beautiful I have ever seen).
The house is on an easement, with a small, slight climb and requires the car to climb into second gear! It is the 6th house on the street, on the right side of those who go up.
On the property, there is a Shih Tzu dog (who sometimes takes a walk in the yard, supervised by her owners). The nearby neighbors also have dogs, which may bark a little more at times, when approached by delivery bikers, the postal service, garbage collectors, or strangers.
My family lives on the same property, but the apartment is private. *** NO garage *** Street parking is available from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. You also have the option of monthly parking at Floripa shopping.
