Spacious PRIVATE ROOM IN SHARED APARTMENT, in Boqueirão. General stores nearby, 1.7 km from the beach (20 min). The bedroom has 2 single beds, a ceiling fan, mirror, wardrobe, and a small table and key. It is possible to add an extra mattress on the floor. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but well organized and functional. The room is simple but very clean. I offer bed linens (weekly change), but you need to bring bath towels. Visits from others are not allowed.

The space
I offer a private room in a shared apartment, preferably for women, very spacious, with a wardrobe, 2 single beds, mirror, bookcase and desk. The room has a lockable key.

The shared kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, blender, microwave, fridge and stove with oven for cooking or heating meals. We offer (with separate payment) frozen homemade meal containers. But it is also possible to find restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, bars, in addition to the Super Centro do Boqueirão, a charming and traditional shopping center in the city, all close to the apartment.

The bathroom is for collective use, simple but contains the essentials and is very clean, as cleaning is done frequently.
The service area has a washing machine and clothesline, if necessary.

The apartment is well organized, clean and functional. It is in a small and quiet building.

Distance from the beach about 1.7 km, 20 minutes' walk. You can walk there easily. The route is flat, it is a pleasant walk through the neighborhood. But if you don't like to walk, you can go by app (99 and UBER) or bus.

The apartment is very close to the main universities and Guilherme Álvaro Hospital. It is also close to the Passenger Maritime Terminal, in case you are going on a cruise.

Guest access
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private entrance in the building. It is a quiet building with only 9 apartments. The room is for the guest's private use and can be locked with a key. The kitchen, bathroom and service area are collective spaces. The other rooms are not available for guest use.

During your stay
The accommodation and reception will be with Dina Maria, the hostess. Contacts in the app are made with her daughter, Nizete. The host lives in the apartment and provides support to guests in case of need or questions.

We offer frozen homemade meals (payment separate).
