The apartment had no extra sheets to be used on the futon, the pots and pans are displayed on an open metal rack next to the bed, there are no hooks or shelves, specially none in the bathroom to hang towels, no hand held shower. Dishes were dirty, had to be hand washed to use. Overall not worth it. "

The place has a mini-kitchen... the larger-ish pan and only one that could be used to cook something was so old and had so many bumps on the bottom that it would not make proper contact with the old electric burner to boil water!! Few lights were working and there wasn't a single movable lamp, so it was impossible to get decent light to work after dark. TV channels included "Globo", the most generic Brazilian channel, and some 10 channels with evangelical preachers, so TVs were completely useless, couldn't even watch CNN or Globo News or Band News or any news channel. Mattress had a huge whole in it. Although the "suite" has living room (and little kitchen) and bedroom, it was only one a/c in the bedroom, which makes the living room unusable in 35-degree Celsius (95F) weather in Brasilia. The "Hotel" has no breakfast, no restaurant, and no room service. It refused to consider a 2:30 pm check-in, told me I'd have to wait until 3 pm (as if they actually, really cleaned the room before you check in) The fridge does even have an ice tray. STAY ELSEWHERE!! "

Brasilia POWER OUTAGES

have a serious problem regarding power outages, especially in times of rain.
We cannot be responsible for any power outages in the areas where they come to stay.
Without power there is no elevator, internet, air conditioning, and you know this, and it is important that you understand, have common sense, that can happen and there is no way we can predict this and there will be no reimbursement if there is a lack of energy.

RESPECT FOR THE CONDOMINIUM RULES, FINES AND NOTIFICATIONS

CAN I BOOK THE APARTMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE? NO.

Reservations for third parties are not allowed in our serviced apartments. The account holder in the app must be present upon check-in so that we can release access. Your name on the app profile must be the same as on your government-issued ID for check-in to be released.

Reservation

CHECK-OUT TIME

We do not work with checkout after hours. We don't have half a night or late check out.

This time is exposed to you both in the listing and when you are booking, and there is nothing to ask yourself. If you don't agree, just don't book.

If the checkout is not made by the cutoff time, there will be a fine of R$700, regardless of the extra time you insist on staying at the apartment, which is 30 minutes or 1 hour. Your check-out should also be done through the app, which is registered when you left.

If the cleaning and maintenance team goes to the apartment, after the cutoff time of your checkout, and you are not in the apartment, but your belongings are there, the cleaning and maintenance team will remove their belongings and will leave them at the reception of the enterprise for you to remove them after.

If you usually need the condominium reception, you can keep your suitcase and you can go for your appointment. You need to check this availability directly with the front desk the day.


CAN I SMOKE IN THE FLATS? NO.

If we identify that you smoked, used incense, hookah, or others on this line, a minimum of R$1,000.00 will be charged for the purification of the apartment air by third-party professionals.
Any other damage caused by smoking in the apartment will also be charged.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No. We love pets but do not accept pets of any kind or size in our serviced apartments. If we identify that this rule is not complied with, a fine of R $1,000.00 will be charged a minimum amount of R$1,000.00.

ALLERGIC PEOPLE

Please note that serviced apartments are cleaned with conventional cleaning products, which for allergic people can cause irritation.

DO YOU HAVE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE OF THE APARTMENT? NO.

The apartment is delivered to you clean and sanitized, with linen. For stays longer than 5 nights, you can request cleaning and changing your bed and bath linens. If you want to change your bed and bath linens beforehand, you can be cleaned beforehand, for a fee of R$100.00.

THE GARBAGE I PRODUCE, WHAT DO I DO?

In all condominiums, and on all floors, there is a trash can where you should dispose of the garbage you produce. This demonstrates your politeness and your common sense. We count on this.
If the cleaning and maintenance team finds garbage scattered in the sink, on the bed, on the floor, bottles of drinks thrown, a fine of R$500.00 will be charged for excessive garbage in the apartment.

Garage SPACE

If in the body of the listing it appears that there is a parking space available, the guidelines for access to the garage will be available, after the booking is confirmed, in the HOUSE MANUAL.

RECEPTION OF CONDOMINIUMS

The reception of the enterprise does not have any autonomy to make releases or concessions on our behalf, and therefore cannot authorize entry before the time or exit after the advertised time.

EXTRA FLAT ACCESS CARD CHARGE

Eventually, there may be an additional charge of R$15.00 for the access card to the apartment, made by the condominium reception staff. This amount, if I pay for you in cash, you will have reimbursement after the return at your checkout and the return of the card at the front desk.
