Cozy full apartment for 2/4 guests, in beautiful and quiet gated community. Very well located in the center of Arraial d'Ajuda very close to various types of trades and the charming street of Mucugê (5 min walk ), and it is possible to leave the car in the parking lot and walk out so much during the day that night too.
The condominium is built over an area uneven therefore has a staircase along the way that leads to the apartment.

Cozy apartment with 50 sq. meters, with a bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning (split model); reversible room with large and comfortable double sofa bed and ceiling fan, kitchenette equipped with 5-burner stove, frost-free refrigerator and several other appliances such as blender, sandwich maker, 20-liter water gallon support as well as pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.
The apartment has a balcony with a hammock that gives you the possibility to rest and enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.

It is important to know that the condominium is built on a sloping area, so there is a staircase along the way that leads to the apartment (not recommended for the elderly), so it is advisable to bring only the things necessary for a stay on the beach.
Only bed linens, pillows, parking and Wi-Fi are provided.
