You can easily get around the city even if you ship your luggage from the airport.

3) How do I access the residence? How do I check in?

The address, walking route from the nearest station, and contact information are listed in the check-in guide we'll send you a few weeks before your arrival date. If you don't have internet access, please print out the check-in guide in advance.

4) Can I change the number of people or add beds?

We have a variety of bedding available, but for safety reasons, we do not allow more people than listed. Thank you for your understanding.

5) Why is the displayed amount different from what is listed?

The amount shown is the total of the accommodation fee + cleaning fee + service fee.

1. Price per night (for the number of guests) x number of nights

2. Cleaning fee (there will be a one-time cleaning fee per stay)

3. Service fee (airbnb typically charges between 6 and 12%.)

6) Will bedding be changed or cleaned during my stay?

We will welcome you in a clean condition with fresh sheets at check-in. We also disinfect everything.
To ensure privacy, we will not enter the room during your stay.
For stays longer than a week, you can pay an additional fee and we can clean the room.
We charge 6,000 yen per cleaning.

Unfortunately we don't have space for a luggage before check-in, however there is a closet in our place and you can put your luggage after check-in.
Depending on other guests' schedules, it may be possible to leave your luggage before check in, so if you wish to leave your luggage earlier, please let us know.

2. IS THE PLACE CLEANED DURING MY STAY?
It is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart. For your privacy, no one enters the house during your stay except for you and your group.
(If you wish to have a mid stay clean and linen service, this is possible for additional costs.)

3. CAN I CHECK IN EARLY AND/OR CHECK OUT LATE?
We are very sorry but we can normally not accept early check-in or late check out.
Depending on other guests' schedules it may be possible to check in earlier, just let us know.

4.CAN YOU TELL ME THE WAY TO THE APARTMENT?
For security reasons, we will send the details about our location, how to check-in, after confirming your reservation.
