4. About early check-in and late check-out
Normally, we refuse early check-in and late check-out, since there is the risk that it becomes trouble for other guest who booked before or after your booking. And also cleaning worker will come to the apartment at 10 am normally. So if you are late for check-out, we will demand you 2000 yen every 30 minutes from the deposit. We hope you understanding it.

5. About deposit
We set the deposit as 50000 JPN though, the deposit will not be charged when your booking is completed. When some accidents happen in the listing, for example, breaking furniture, breaking plates or accidentally bringing some stuff with you after you check out or some other else, normally at first we discuss about the accident, and decide the price. 1. For all guests who stay at my place,
In order for you to travel to Japan in peace, we ask you your personal ID and emergency contact. Because if by any chance some accident or trouble happens to you, we need to contact to the embassy of your country immediately.


2. Please make your reservation by yourself
As a general rule, we don't accept any booking which is for someone except you. If some trouble or accident happens during the stay, there is a risk that we can't handle any responsibility. Therefore, if it comes known that, there is a possibility to cancel the booking. Furthermore, the biggest reason is that it should be trouble we can't recognize who is staying at our place. Please be sure to make a book for yourself.


3. Are you older than 20-year-old?
If all of your group are under 20 years old, please take an agreement of your parents. You don't need to bring any particular document though, please be sure to let your parents know the stay.


4. About early check-in and late check-out
Normally, we refuse early check-in and late check-out, since there is the risk that it becomes trouble for other guest who booked before or after your booking. And also cleaning worker will come to the apartment at 10 am normally. So if you are late for check-out, we will demand you 2000 yen every 30 minutes from the deposit. We hope you understanding it.

5. About deposit
We set the deposit as 50000 JPN though, the deposit will not be charged when your booking is completed. When some accidents happen in the listing, for example, breaking furniture, breaking plates or accidentally bringing some stuff with you after you check out or some other else, normally at first we discuss about the accident, and decide the price. Then I will demand the cost via Airbnb resolution service. If there is no accident, the deposit will never be charged.

6. About smoking
Please don't smoke in the studio. If it becomes known that we demand 50000 yen from the deposit. But you can smoke in balcony.

7. About number of guest.
Please make sure how many people stay at our place. Also we would not permit you to have any guests except your group. If it becomes known that there are some guests in our place without any announce in advance. Regardless how many days the guest stay or get in at our place practically, we demand extra charge for your number how many you stay at.This building is installing security cameras(of course there is no in the room). We can recognize how many people you are.


8. Don't make the party.
Our place is not for the venue for the party. Our place is an accommodation. If it becomes known that you make that, you should check out even it is still in the period you booked.
