Other things to note
Please turn on hot water (switch next to the geysers in the bathroom) before you have a shower. It heats up in 5-10 minutes and once finished with please turn it off. More than unnecessary electrical usage, it messes up with the electricity in the rest of the house if left unattended. A similar hot water system exists for the kitchen sink. Turn on the switch on the right side of the sink once in the morning for upto 10 minutes and it will last you through the day.

The studio features a King Size bed with attached washroom, washing machine, cupboard, microwave, hot plate, kettle and necessary cooking equipment’s.

Other things to note
The house would be cleaned prior to check in. if the guest requires the house to be cleaned daily they can contact the society manager (mobile number will be provided on check-in) to arrange for cleaner. The charges can be paid directly. It’s mandatory to submit the photocopy of the id proof of all the guest prior to check in.

The flat is centrally located close to NEM care Super speciality Hospital, GMC, all the shops, malls and is very family friendly. The flat has also been newly renovated and everything you see is new or has been replaced. There are two bedrooms each with a king size bed, a living room with a couple of couches and a small coffee table with a small balcony for you to relax at dawn/dusk.


To ease your stay, we have provided you with a fully stocked kitchen with the required utensils, refrigerator, stove for you to prepare hot fresh meals for yourself or your family. The kitchen also comes with Microwave, Toaster and other commonly used appliances.


** To take bath with hot water, please use the induction stove to heat water using the utensils provided. **


When you want to get down to do some work or take office meetings, there is dedicated office space with WiFi, height adjustable desk from IKEA, office chair and a quiet corner for you to do your work from. But if you are tired after a long day's work, you can order from Swiggy and Zomato 24/7 and you can get your food delivered directly at the door. Heat it up in the microwave and enjoy it on the dining table.


We have a maid who will come in the morning to clean the rooms and any utensils. For longer stays of more than a week the bathroom will also be cleaned.
