- "The apartment is right in St Steven’s Square which is the center of Dublin. Unfortunately, they have you pick up the keys across town which took us 20 minutes each direction. Parking is a nightmare is Dublin so I highly suggest you don’t bring a car in. The apartment is convenient but also noisy since it’s right in town. I've been doing Airbnb for a year or so now and it's being going very well. I have been a landlord for quite a few years now - I have always gotten on very well with my tenants whom I have always treated with upmost respect. My place is a high quality, clean & warm 1- bed flat/apartment in quiet Victorian period house. Fully furnished with all mod cons. Central heating, Wi-Fi etc. Situated on the Terenure end of Harold Cross Road, about 350 yards from Terenure village, a very nice safe area in Dublin City. The property has been totally refurbished to a high standard, wooden, varnished floors throughout. It consists of bedroom, ensuite bathroom and living room cum dining area. Secure, designated parking space is provided, access via remote control. Convenient to bus routes, shops, restaurants etc. Direct bus to/from airport from right outside my door.
