The accommodation is a bright loft located on the second floor of our house, at the height of majestic mature trees. You will enjoy a sunny, peaceful and completely independent space from our home.

Inside, everything is designed to offer you a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and electric stove — perfect for preparing your meals on a daily basis. The living room includes a sofa bed, ideal if you are up to four guests. Wi-Fi-connected TV gives you free access to a variety of movies and series.

The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed and a large wardrobe to easily organize your belongings. Thanks to pretty white curtains that close the space, the bedroom becomes an intimate cocoon... like sleeping in a cloud.

The bathroom has a shower with massage jets: perfect for starting the day or relaxing after your activities.

The accommodation you rent was before being your place of life, the place of life of another person / family. People cook very often and as travelers come from all over the world, it is possible that there are sometimes smells that you are less familiar with. Despite the fact that I also have very strict conditions on smoking in listings, it happens that guests do not respect the regulations, if you are a person who has an intolerance to smells , nicotine, animals ( even if they are prohibited it happens that people do not respect the regulations ) it is important to understand that we can not have control over everything and it is possible that you have to open the windows if you have a very fine sense of smell. Of course, between each guest everything and wash and aerate but as a result of several bad experiences of guests who claim to be allergic to nicotine and who tell me that they smell a cigarette or spice ( while my cleaning team enters and does not perceive any smell and I do not perceive any either ) I prefer simply to warn that it is possible and that if you are not comfortable with it simply do NOT rent my apartments. During the summer season (June to September), enjoy our backyard paradise. Large in-ground pool (the round in the pool is not a spa, but a relaxation area with the same water as the pool), dining areas, sun loungers, hammocks and outdoor fireplace with a magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River.

Note that the outside courtyard is shared with the other four dwellings of the building.

Note that wood for the outdoor fireplace is not provided, you must get your own wood.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
You will have access to a shared laundry room with laundry soap. To get there, follow the instructions that will be sent to you via our private message check-in instructions.

The entry code will be shared with you 10 minutes before check-in, via Airbnb messaging, to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
