A lovely room in a shared 2 bedroom,double-storey apartment within a secure complex in La Montagne, Pretoria East. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs.
Close to main routes, shopping centres, fitness centres, hospitals, restaurants . The complex offers lovely rock gardens, as well as a nature trailing ground on the property. The hostess lives on the property.

The space
Shared, cosy and quiet 2 bedroom duplex apartment that I have thrived to make a home. Guests can access fast 20Mbps wifi, netflix, showmax and Youtube. The yard has a relaxing atmosphere with a range of activities to help one unwind. A reasonably priced house laundromat is available within the complex.
Please note that the open-air guest parking within the complex is a distance of 3 to 5 mins walk to the door.
I live on the property and therefore guests will share the kitchen, dinning area and bathroom with me.

Guests can access the tennis and basket ball courts, as well as the laundromatt(Tuesdays to Thursdays), garden areas. While guests have access to the dinning room area, they unfortunately do not have access to my adjacent sitting/ living room area.
Guests also do not have access to the displayed book selection in the locked up bookshelf.
