We are a couple who rent a lovely bedroom with 2 single beds (They can be put together for couples). There is a nice park in the front of the house and you can see it through the window room. There are a lot of free parking places, then LEAVE THE CAR HERE AND WALK TO AQUEDUCT in 15 minutes.
You can use the microwave, the fridge and the toaster.

This is a small house but welldistributed. The AIRBNB room is big little the kitchen but the bathroom is small.

The apartment is outside facing south, it is very sunny and peaceful. It is very well insulated and the area and building are quiet. The apartment is 10 minutes from IE University and very close to shops- mini super, etc. This apartment is newly renovated with new appliances. It has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The two beds are large 130x 200.
The Wifi is 600 Mb fiber, the maximum, and it works very well. Our former tenants, IE students give very good references.

Our apartment is in a unique place for the beauty of its Spanish square and Church of the 12th century, quiet, parking area next door and without having to pay parking or blue area.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, functional apartment equipped with everything necessary and basic to spend a few days and discover Segovia.
You can move on foot, from the proximity to downtown, which is 7 minutes to the aqueduct and/or the possibility of taking the bus 20 meters from the apartment to Plaza Mayor.
Please remember that I do not have the elevator icon selected, it is a 1st floor.

VERY EASY:
A toilet has a shredder, no tampons, wipes, napkins or solids, ONLY paper.
We use ecological awareness and civility by not throwing wipes , tampons, or other stuff into any toilet.
This is a paper-ready toilet ( as it should be).
The toilet automatically gets stuck with wipes, tampons, or the like-it can't be hidden, and they won't try to fix it.
IT IS not POSSIBLE TO HIDE, it is considered a misuse of the facility, whoever gets it will have to run the expenses you generate.
Remember, it's a first floor with no elevator.
