You can savour all the world-famous Singapore foods, as well as Halal and vegetarian food, at the 300+ hawker stalls and eateries within 1 to 5 minutes' walk from my apartment. Some are open 24 hours. They are very cheap (much cheaper than the rest of Singapore) and very delicious too!

The room has no cigarette smoke smell and we want to keep it that way. If you are a smoker, please smoke downstairs on the ground floor.
You will be provided with the single bed that you see in my listing's photos. It has a comfortable 6-inch mattress, topped with a clean and comfortable mattress protector, bed sheet, blanket and pillow. You will be provided with a tall powerful standing fan, a clothes rack, a desk, a chair and a full-length mirror.

Please do not book this listing / room as I will not able to accept your reservation request if:
- You have COVID-19 or any of its symptoms (e.g. runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, breathing difficulties) in the last 30 days,
- You had come into contact with somebody with COVID-19 in the last 30 days,
- You intend to serve any quarantine or isolation orders, including Stay Home Notice (SHN) and Leave of Absence (LOA), at my apartment,
- You are not vaccinated against COVID-19,
- You had been to a country with a high COVID-19 infection rate or a low vaccination rate in the last 30 days before checking into my apartment,
- You are working in an industry that has a high COVID-19 risk or infection rate, e.g. aviation (including airlines and airports), construction, delivery (including food and parcels), healthcare (including clinics, hospices, hospitals, quarantine facilities etc.), marine shipyard, transportation (including buses, lorries, taxis etc.) etc.,
- Your profile photo is not an accurate depiction of how you look like now (I need to be able to identify you when you check in),
- You cannot read, write and speak English or Chinese (I cannot communicate in any other languages),
- Any of the guests is a child under 16 (including infants), elderly or disabled (my apartment does not have child-friendly, elderly-friendly or disabled-friendly features),
- You will be bringing along an assistance animal (a Service Animal, an Emotional Support Animal or any other animals), a pet, a Power Assisted Bicycle (PAB) / Personal Mobility Device (PMD) or furniture,
- You will not have mobile data beyond Changi Airport and you do not want to get a SIM card / prepaid mobile data plan for real-time communication upon arrival in Singapore (I had too many unpleasant check-in issues with such guests), or
- You intend to use my address or personal particulars in your visa application (sorry but I will not grant you permission to do so for security reasons).

We are a 3 persons family and this is a double storey apartment with 2 guest rooms at the upper floor.
Our room is clean, quite,cosy and very comfortable.
The apartment is cozy and well kept..All my little student guest+ adult love it!
If you stay more than 5 days, the Price include housekeeping and laundry twice/Week (Gentle Machine Wash, Balcony Sun Dry n Folding)(NOT including ironing):)
Eating at the bedroom?
Please refrain from eating in the bedroom as the smell and food drop invites TROOPS of ants. Eventually, we want you to stay in a hygenic space
There is a space saving dining table at the ground floor of the duplex:) facing window, tree , sky, moon and stars. you are welcome to use it
