- "The room itself was spacious for two people. Had a kitchenette but we didnt use it. Very convenient location. The metro is only a short 10 minute walk or less. Supermarket is only 5 mins away. If you are on a budget, there is a food market (hawkers) about 15 minutes away. Two malls in the area. The room was quiet. They were doing construction about a block away but never heard it through the window. The washer dryer combo is a little tricky to use. The washer takes about 3hrs for a normal wash and the same for a drying load. We eneded up using the quick cycle and hanging our clothes outside to dry. The staff was very curteous and the two days they cleaned the room, they were quick and efficient. I would stay here again for sure! Thr pool looked clean but we didnt use it. "

- "The property is spacious and clean. Housekeeping comes every other day and does a great job. Under 15 mins by public transit to Orchard Road (shopping/dining) and the Botanic Gardens. Easy and prompt communication over email. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk lent us umbrellas one rainy day. We had a couple of small issues over the course of three weeks and they were addressed immediately. A very small downside: The kitchen is not adequately equipped for cooking a proper meal (preparing breakfast and reheating food are fine). There's only one small and expensive supermarket within walking distance. Food (hawker) centers require a bus or the MRT. But there is a restaurant in the building next door (which we only discovered late in our stay; the food is varied, affordable, and excellent). But the upsides more than made up for the downside. Would definitely stay again!"
