Fully equipped with Optic Fibre Internet, work and play has never been made this easy!

The unit is a two storey apartment with a total of 6 rooms. Each room is meant for single occupancy only and all my long term tenants are working professionals.

Situated directly beside Holland Village Mrt and two major bus stations, our apartment also boasts of unparalleled convenience. Full condo facilities include Swimming pool, Club House, huge BBQ pit area, ample car park space, with adequate security at both the gate and back entrances. The walk-up two storey maisonette is centrally located to the Island's best schools (RJC, ACJC, Instead, NUS, ACS International), Science and Tech hubs (Fusionopolis, Biopolis) and top research facilities.

Checking In and Checking Out:
Check-in’s are from 2 pm until late night. Early check-in before 2 pm is subject to availability on the day, depending on other guests' bookings. Do drop me a notice in advance if you require this. Should you need a guaranteed check-in during the early morning, we do recommend booking an additional night, in which case you can access the apartment early morning.

You will be met by me at the apartment and I will help you get settled in. I will show you around the building and feel free to ask about the amenities within the immediate area.

Check-out is by 12 pm. Late check-outs are subject to availability on the day itself, depending on bookings by other guests. Luggage stored in a secured area can be arranged for late check-outs. Do drop me a text if you require this. Our check-out is fuss-free; simply leave your keys on the desks of your rooms.

Other things to note
We do not accept any liability for any personal injuries, accidents, or damage/loss to guests personal belongings in the apartment or within the condominium area, however caused - we do not offer insurance for guest's personal belongings. Guests are advised to seek their own travel or other insurance if such coverage is desired. We are required to make a copy of your passport or Singapore employment pass upon check-in. Bookings are for the number of guests indicated on your booking confirmation, this number includes children. Pools do not have a life guard on duty and parents are to ensure proper supervision of their children.
