The space
This studio unit will be your private home in Singapore.
floor area: 289 sqf. It comes with a queen size bed (150cm x 190cm) ~ fits a couple (2 pax) with some space to move around. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a solid WiFi internet connection for your personal and business needs. We are located in the East side of Singapore near the CBD. Going to the Orchard Road or Clarke Quay is only a few minutes away.

To kickstart your Fortville experience, we've put together a one-time-only no replenishment pack that is thoughtfully designed to cater to your immediate needs. Consider it our way of saying "hello". Please find a range of essential items, including:
- bottled water, facial tissue, some coffee sachets, instant noodles
- dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, hair and body wash, and a disposable toothbrush.
*Please be informed that we do not replenish these items.

We have our own team of trusted housekeepers who'll do the housekeeping for you three times a week. We will also be supplying you with fresh towels and toilet paper during the housekeeping. We change the bed linen once a week.

And as most guests would ask, there is a washing machine, a dryer, iron and ironing board inside the apartment itself (not shared with other guests). You have your own equipped kitchenette. Basic kitchen essentials such as the electric cooker hob, electric kettle, refrigerator, pots & pans, tableware and cutlery are provided. We allow light cooking in the apartment. But please understand that we do not provide cooking oils and condiments and there is no hot water in the kitchen sink.

If you by chance travel with your baby along with you, we can provide you with a baby cot/crib set and a baby highchair if you need them.

Inside the apartment you will find the two gate fobs(token). these 2 gate fobs (tokens) are used to access the main gate, second-floor gate, and the back gate. Please carry these with you at all times to ensure 24-hour access to the building and facilities.

For smoking guests, a designated smoking area is available at the open parking space at the ground floor.
