Hey all I have a spare room to-let, available in punggol. I am looking for someone who is responsible with good etiquette, easy to get along, outgoing and doesn't work from home.
I have a small schnauzer so you must be pet-friendly. No drugs, no drama, respectful, clean and neat.
I get along with different types of people except for irresponsible and ill-mannered ones.
I also have many interests and hobbies, architecture, history, business, innovation, to name a few.
The apartment is renovated with nice hardwood, carpet flooring. ambient lighting and 24 hours security.
If you just love the feeling of being amongst nature, enjoying the serenity and fresh air (studies have found that -- green spaces improve brain performance) imagine coming home from an urban city like Singapore, it really feels like a different world altogether because the estate is surrounded by lush green park for jogging, cycling, outdoor gym, or just looking at the squirrels or monkeys while walking back home.
It takes about 5mins walk on foot to the LRT or bus stop, the mall, bistro, Starbucks cafe, the park. This is where you get to enjoy living "within" the amenities and not get frustrated living "in" the amenities because you will be away from congestion.
Pls note the listed rate is for 1 pax, additional person after 1 pax is chargeable at $48/night per additional pax.
