The apartment we stayed at was located on the second floor and there is no elevator, therefore it’s challenging to carry your luggage upstairs. I managed with the help of a lovely neighbour’s son :) Some of the streets are very hilly but if you want to get a taxi everywhere, it wouldn’t be an issue. Although there is a 15-min walk to the Şişli-Mecidiyeköy metro station which in 10 minutes takes you to all the attractions in the other European side. Last but not the least, the host Emre was very communicative and ready to help us with any questions when we needed."
