I live right next door, so I’m always available if you need anything — whether it’s related to your stay or help with exploring Kashmir. I’m just a call away, anytime you need assistance.
My family and I are always happy to assist, and we also have a dedicated helper who’s there to take care of things like carrying luggage and making sure your stay is as comfortable and smooth as possible.

★ SAFETY AND SECURITY ★

For your safety, the property is equipped with CCTV surveillance in common areas and entrances. Located in a peaceful and secure neighbourhood, you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. A fire extinguisher is also available on the premises for emergencies.

★ BREAKFAST (OPTIONAL) ★

We offer a homemade breakfast with omelette, Kashmiri bread, parathas, and tea.

If you'd like a deep cleaning with fresh linen, we can arrange it for ₹1000.

★ POWER BACKUP ★

We have inverter backup to ensure uninterrupted access to lights and charging points during power cuts, which are rare and usually last no more than 2 hours a day. Please note that heating appliances aren't supported during power-cut.

★ SMOKING POLICY ★

Smoking is not allowed indoors. You're welcome to use the balcony or outdoor areas if needed.

As much as we love animals, we’re currently unable to accommodate pets.
