It was freezing cold weather (24Jan) but they do not provide room heater/Blower, AC is supposed to work as blower *But there was no power - So no AC*. The Lift got stuck due to power failure my family was stuck for good 10 minutes. The Hotel staff was not even aware that the power has gone and someone is stuck in the lift - Lift alarm button was not working in power failure - This is a Sever safety concern. The restaurant does not have any heater/Blower."

There was no foot mat infront of the toilet/bathroom.When we asked for one repeatedly ,we received a super dirty/muddy foot mat which made the room even more dirty. No slippers are provided....good that we carried our own. It's better to compare the taxi rates outside the hotel, before booking from the hotel....you will probably get a better deal. Not close from Dal Lake and main market area.Its better to take an auto or agee to walk substantially. Outside food is not allowed despite its limited menu ....Food served in the room by the hotel was never brought covered.... Its a very basic hotel as compared to the price we paid for it . "
