- If you are using the stove for cooking, kindly ensure to turn off the gas knobs after you’re done and also check once while leaving the house for your own and everyone’s safety.

Last but not the least, we follow strict practices for Waste Segregation and Disposal as per building and Udupi local corporation guidelines, which COMPOSTS wet waste and RECYCLES dry waste post collection.

- Request all guests to SEGREGATE your waste into WET and DRY bins, provided with clear instructions in Kitchen area. Waste collection will be rejected if these steps are not followed properly.
- Wet waste includes all food & kitchen scraps - Leftover foods, vegetable peels, used tea/coffee, fruits, etc. Basically all biodegradable organic waste that can also be composted. FOOD PACKETS OR FOOD TAKEAWAY CONTAINERS, ARE NOT WET WASTE.
- Dry waste includes things like paper, plastic, cardboard, packing material, rubber, metal, food packaging material, etc. Make sure whatever dry waste you discard is actually DRY and NOT SOILED or WET. Milk cartons and packets, RINSED and DRIED also go into a dry waste bin.
