The horrible experience that my husband and I had at this property forces me to share so others won't experience what we did. Aryaan Resort was a horrible hotel, no matter where its located. Don't be fooled by the pictures - they are staged. This property is old, unkept, run-down, bare, dirty. We prepaid for 3 rooms/3 nights. We used 2 rooms, for 1 night only. We immediately checked out the next morning. We called my husband's friend at airport and told him to not come, to stay in Mangalore. Truthfully - No wifi. The front desk could not run credit cards, insisting everyone to pay in cash. Our rooms had no wifi. No mgr. on duty to help. Bathroom had ANTS crawling over the vanity, coming up out of the drain. Ants in the bath towels. Chair broke & couch had fresh stains, bedspread cover was stained. Restaurant table nasty stains. Hotel power shut off 6X. Door lock was broke. We reached out to Expedia. Here is response: "This is about your refund request for the reservation at Aryaan Resort & Residences, Udupi. We have advocated your case with the property and due to their policy in relation to your reservation, we regret to inform you that they have denied your request." Very unfortunate."

Mr Vishnu Bhat went out of his way to recommend good restaurants, which places to visit and was super helpful with booking motor rickshaws as the hotel is a bit outside the city center. Having said that, it’s at in a beautiful garden and it’s peaceful. It you have your own car, this place is perfect. Or you can rent a scooter during your stay, which the hotel can also help recommend. Our room was spacious, with a large bed, TV, AC, fan, and a balcony. Overall it was clean, but the bathroom had seen better days and needed a scrub. We are very thankful to Mr Bhat and the other staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. "

Its not beach side near to tourist places like malpe arabian sea, western ghats, Endpoint, sea walk, hanging bridge, famous for toddy, special attraction, vintage car rides, [car and bikes for rent].. we allow pets.with extra charge. wastage, cleaning, guest response plz .car parking free of cost. hot water 9am-9am check in checkout.plz carry copy of adhar or address proof per requirement of local law's 98440=73992&% this stay is in old buiding. but flat is clean and spacious.

The space
cool.. peace full. spacious.decent. place. zero polusion. no over crowded. no sound disturbance. entrance parking easy to park big cars too. plz refer my another property prikriti farm house laxury guesthouse. guest room in prukruti homestay, homestay in brahmin traditional house. guest r requested not to bargain. not to ask more and more pics. and no repeatedly ask how much clean it is. plz refer reviews. seaview is in old buiding. prukruti is laxury and new construction.

Guest should maintain hygienic, clean and tidy in guest house.
The cleaning responsible is yours if pets do dirty on guest house. outside shoes.. chappals not allowed all rooms. home slippers allowed. gutka, panparag etc restricted.please. . milk coffee and tea powder we provide free for first day. arriving time. air-conditioning charge's 400=600rs depending on usage. per day. we give only 45 minutes extra as grace time to vacate as per check out time. if delayed we charge. extra 500 for another 3 hours. . plz keep up timings and Co operate. check in check out timing 24 hours. once fixed no Guest arrive as per booking we will not allow additional person or locals inside the premises. such condition chance of scam or misuse for both the guest and host. our motto is genuine tourists..thank u
