A cozy one-bedroom house in a quiet and laid-back neighborhood in Hassan. Spacious with essential amenities for someone who is traveling in and around Hassan. Very convenient place to stay for travelers visiting nearby places like Belur, Halebeedu, Sakleshpur, and en route to Chikmagalur.
Clean space in a family-friendly neighborhood. Isolated and separate access to the first floor facing a lush green park. Ample outdoor space on the terrace to enjoy the evening breeze.
The space
The house is on the first floor of a residential house owned by us. There is an open terrace in front of the house facing the park which is a great space to recharge in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bedroom has wide windows bringing in fresh air and light. The living room is small and has one single cot, a wardrobe, and 2 chairs. The kitchen has an induction stove, sink, kettle, and a few other essentials like plates and pots. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Guest access
There is plenty of street parking for a car and safe parking for one bike. The guests can park the vehicle in front of the house (on the park side) and proceed to the roof through the smaller gate.
