Marina Boutique Rooms has 5 double bedrooms with independent entrance with electronic card and en-suite bathroom. On the top floor (2nd floor) breakfast is served in the morning and can be used by guests during the day. An outdoor garden with solarium and "salt" pool with hydromassage and emotional waterfall is available for guests. There are also two showers with hot water.

Guest access
The common areas that can be used by guests are the solarium, the terrace on the third floor. It is not allowed to use the kitchen.

During your stay
The staff is generally present in the morning from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Next, I'll be available by phone or message . I live in the same residence, so for any need you can contact me and I will be at the property in a few minutes.

Other things to note
The property is located within a residence with other villas, for this reason it is essential not to leave the car on the road.
Quiet time is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The use of the pool is 24 hours a day while respecting guests and neighbors.

Casita Garden&Spa is located inside an elegant and quiet residence "Serracardillo" about 3 km from Falcone-Borsellino airport. Relaxation and intimacy reign supreme in this sea view paradise. In the outdoor garden accessible by a secondary door there is a solarium area with pool (with salt water) the pool has a hydromassage and an emotional waterfall. The use of the pool is exclusively for the guests of the Marina Boutique Rooms. There are also outdoor showers with hot/cold water.
