It's behind the building an well secured and easy to access as well as the building itself. The only tricky thing is checking-in. After 11am you should do self check-in. They are sending the details about how to enter the building and your room. The decoration of the accommodation is very attractive and unique thanks to ceramic works of Ceramiche de Simone. If you have time, you should visit the workshop to buy some souvenirs or you can go to its own store. There are lots of ceramic stores all around the Sicilia but they have the most interesting and different ones. The train and bus station are both close by so great for excursions or use when arriving/departing (taxis in Catania are quite expensive!). We couldn't get in touch with the owners via telephone but 'whatsapp' worked great and we were in our rooms ten minutes after arriving. The space
MaisonDecò is a large house that belonged to my great-grandfather, Giovanni Grasso, a well-known dramatic art actor at the beginning of the century. I am a painter and I wanted to take advantage of my artistic talents to make this place one of a kind, I painted every single piece, giving them a strong personality. In fact, each room is different from the other and often dedicated to contemporary illustrators very dear to me. All the Vintage decor was thoughtfully refined, found, and inherited. The apartment is on the second floor, elevator, of a 1910 Palace, located in the center of the city with the possibility of being able to move on foot and be able to move around on foot and be able to comfortably reach pubs, restaurants and all the various attractions in the area .
It can accommodate up to 8 people but all according to the availability of the rooms that in all are 3 .

There is a nice living room where you can listen to good music or read a art book, or play the electric floor ( for those who are lucky enough to have this dowry ) and then the large kitchen , it has a single social table. Respect for everything, including linens is the only thing I ask for. In order to have the convenience of the private bathroom, unfortunately, a very particular and delicate pump device had to be used for a very particular and delicate pumping device, so it is strictly forbidden to throw things that do not comply with the safety regulations.

During your stay
the accommodation in question consists of two adjoining rooms separated by a door and with only one private bathroom, one bedroom consisting of a double bed and the bathroom and the other with only two single beds that can be joined if necessary. Depending on the needs of the number of guests, it can happen that this room is changed with another room in an equally comfortable way. I am always available to guests for anything, occasionally I go away for commissions or short trips.

Other things to note
For anyone who is allergic , I live Tuppi, the crazy one of my beloved cat. I would like to point out that this is a private apartment with its rhythms and normal household situations. Great for groups and families.

Liodoro B&B is located inside an ancient 19th-century Baroque Palace, a few meters from Piazza Duomo, where the Cathedral of Catania stands.
It is a large apartment on the second floor of the building (accessible by elevator) completely renovated, overlooking the rooftops of the city. Inside, our cozy rooms are ready to give you a peaceful stay. Each room is inspired by the elements and colors that are symbolic of this land.

The space
The Amenano room takes up the colors of the underground river that crosses the city of Catania. Its minimal but colorful style, wooden elements, and large windows with city views make it youthful, bright and welcoming.

Its large size makes it ideal for your stays with family, friends or colleagues: it has three single beds that can be converted into a double bed + single bed if necessary.

The room is equipped to ensure maximum comfort: double pillows, clothes rack with hangers; bedside tables and dressers where you can store all your personal items; the desk and WIFI essential for business stays; finally, the flat-screen TV, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee courtesy kit, will give you some little "pampering" during your stay.

Wondering if you'll need to bring linens and detergents? The answer is: No! A large en-suite bathroom with shower, is equipped with a towel, towels, hand soap, shower shampoo, and the indispensable hairdryer. Inside, you'll also find a clothes hanger, cabinets, and stools that will allow you to store your personal items.

The room is also equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Being in the historic center, the location will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of the city center, yet you will find that the rooms are very quiet as they are located on a high floor, and have double glazed windows.

In short, you really don't have to think about anything but enjoying your stay!

Guest access
Check-in:
The privacy of our guests and time flexibility are fundamental elements for us. For this reason, you can comfortably access the room independently through a home automation system, and then arrange a meeting with us in person at a later time. This will guarantee you flexibility in your check-in as you will not have time constraints and you will not necessarily have to respect a time or an appointment set with us.
On the day of your arrival, we will guarantee you access to the room starting at 1 p.m., however if you need to access it in advance or simply leave your luggage in advance, or use the common lounge while waiting for the room to be ready, we will be at your complete disposal.

Check-Out:
On the day of departure, you will have the room at your disposal until 10:00 a.m. However, if you need to leave later, we will try to accommodate you depending on availability by agreeing to a late check-out in advance. You can also conveniently store your luggage for the entire day if you wish, and then return to the property independently
to pick it up. The large common lounge and a service bathroom will still be at your disposal even outside check-out time.

Other things to note
Room cleaning: Rooms are cleaned and tidied up after the third night, however you can easily request daily cleaning or a daily change of towels for a small fee.

Breakfast: If you want to add an excellent Sicilian or international breakfast to your reservation, for a small fee we will provide you with a coupon to present at the bar below the property, with which you will be entitled to 3 products per person: 1 coffee product, 1 fruit juice, 1 sweet or savory dish, Sicilian or international, of your choice.

Tours and Excursions: Catania is in an optimal location, as it is close to many other beautiful locations. If you want, we will be happy to customize your stay by organizing your Tours for Etna, Taormina and Giardini, Syracuse Ortigia and Noto, Agrigento, and many others.

Bike Rental: Would you prefer to visit Catania by bike, or maybe ride the entire coast by bike to Acicastello and Acitrezza? We offer a bike rental service, both muscle and electric, both by the hour and for the whole day!

Car and Scooter Rental: Are you without a car but don't want to miss visiting some of the most beautiful neighboring cities, such as Giardini, Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, etc. independently? Our partner rental agency will be ready to provide you with the perfect car or scooter for you at discounted rates, and delivery to the property is free!

Coin-operated laundry: just below the B&B is a very convenient coin-operated laundry open 7 days a week, an optimal solution for your long stays!

Transfer Service: For those who need it, we offer a transfer service from the airport to the property and vice versa: just provide us with all the details of your flight. This way, even if there are delays, the driver will monitor your flight and wait for you at the airport exit with a sign with your name on it.

Beach area: In the summer, we also offer access to a nearby beach a few kilometers away at discounted rates. Just let us know the day before and we'll book the area with umbrella and deckchair. You can add the cabin on site, and as our guests you will be entitled to discounts at the bar or restaurant of the establishment, and a shuttle service upon request.

Dinners, Apericene and Tastings: We have agreements with some excellent restaurants so you can easily add dinner or tasting packages to your reservation, also choosing to enjoy everything in the comfort of your own room.

Parking: If you come by car and therefore need parking, do not hesitate to ask! I'll show you the nearest parking lots.
