But the hotel was able to assist the driver and went out to greet the driver, guiding him to the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They have experience in the tourism industry. They were able to help me plan for my daily activities. They also made arrangements for tickets for me. This is a definite plus for the property. I will stay at this hotel again because of this reason. Some negatives about this hotel is that the hotel's plumbing is not very good, so you do have reflux of the sewer smell going up to the bathroom. The second issue I have is that the Wi-Fi is slow and the internet connection is intermittent. So if that is an issue for you, then you may have to reconsider. We are in the middle of a mountain area, so I wasn't expecting a lot. Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. "
