A pharmacy is located within the property where guests may purchase medicines if needed.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to use the entire ground floor area. The ref is located in a storage room nearby. The stairs and the second floor of the main house is strictly off-limits.

During your stay
We offer airport transfers upon request, breakfasts, and a mini-bar/ ref storage. We also offer transport to the city or to the guest’s point of destination for a minimal fee. A billiards table and videoke are available for use for a minimal fee.

Night rates do not include meals. Breakfast is available upon request at ₱150.00 per meal.

Tely's Bed & Breakfast is a 19-room accommodation located in Brgy. Sambag, Jaro, Iloilo City. We are 20 minutes away from Iloilo International Airport (we offer airport shuttle service!) The location is accessible by car, taxi cab, and jeepney. The ground floor of the building houses our lobby, breakfast room, a laundry shop, and a restaurant. We are run by a family that works hard to make sure your stay will be pleasant and homey as possible.

The space
The building currently houses 19 rooms, each with private toilet and shower. These rooms are located at the 3rd-5th floor of the building accessible by elevator or stairs. Our reception desk and breakfast room is located at the ground floor of the building.

Guest access
We have the Breakfast Room open for all guests where you can have your breakfast every morning. You could order food, drinks, or even work there. Just let us know what you need so we can properly accommodate you.

Other things to note
• Our check-in time is at 2PM. Our check-out time is at 12NN on your check-out day. If you wish to check-in at an earlier time or check-out at a later time, please let us know so we could check the possibility. We usually charge a late check-out fee of PHP 100/hour if you wish to extend your stay.

• We are located at Brgy. Sambag, Jaro Iloilo City. If you are taking the public transportation, our place is accessible by taxi or jeepney. Just tell the taxi or jeepney driver to drop you off right in front of Sambag Baptist Church near the barangay hall. We also have an airport shuttle service for a fee of PHP 500 (for 1 trip regardless of the number of guests, our vehicle is a big van which can seat 10-13 guests) if you want us to pick or drop you off at Iloilo International Airport. Just let us know your ETA so we could make the proper arrangements. There are also big malls located 5 minutes away from our location.

• Once you arrive at our building, look for TELY’S BED & BREAKFAST and proceed to the reception desk located at the ground floor. You can get the keys to your room there. Don’t forget to fill out your check-in and breakfast form. The WIFI password will also be provided there. Don’t hesitate to ask questions regarding directions or anything that is related to your stay.

• Our place may look like a hotel, but it is not. We are in fact a bed and breakfast place. As much as we want you to feel utmost comfort, our facilities and amenities are limited as to what we can only offer. If you need hairdryers and laundry or iron services, please let us know. These are usually available upon request. You can talk to the receptionist or to the housekeeping guys. Just feel at home.
