The unit that was on my reservation was in a different condo. There was no instruction on how to turn on the power in the unit and I had to call HuboMoto to ask for guidance. Additionally, if guests had visitors, they had to provide their visitors' information and ID prior to them visiting, which I feel is too burdensome. In other places, if guests have visitors, they do not need to report it. This seems rather strict for a hotel setup. The staff were very helpful and I appreciated their patience. Aside from the check-in process, the place was clean, but had ants, the toilet backed up and I had to use a bucket to flush, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for a four day stay. "
