From here you can reach historic cities such as Genoa (not even 2 hours by train) or places such as Monte Carlo, Menton and Nice. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the beach; Sanremo can be reached by bike or public transport. The bus takes about 20 minutes, the 15 'train starting from Arma. Outside of the village holiday periods, it's quite easy to find free parking!
