The space
The room you see photographed is one of the three rooms we make available to our guests. The rooms are typical and characteristic and equipped with all you need with air conditioning and wi-fi. The bathroom is private and outside the room. It has a hairdryer and large shower with wall shower head, toilet and bidet, no window but bright and with adequate aerator. Our house is located in an ancient Ligurian village among the olive trees overlooking a valley of pine trees and Mediterranean scrub on the heights between Noli and Spotorno. It is located 2 km from the Spotorno exit of the A10 motorway.
We will find a family welcome, relaxation and tranquility in a protected and discreet environment. If you love the sea at 4 km there are the wonderful beaches of Spotorno, Noli and Varigotti, with their sailing and diving centers; if you prefer hiking on foot or by mountain bike a few minutes you can reach the enchanting Plateau of Manias and the famous rock gyms of Finalese.
Free wifi and lots of books!

In addition to the room you rented and the private bathroom, you have free access to the common area: the kitchen (you can make yourself herbal teas and coffee and use the fridge, but you can't cook! ) living room and , of course, the square in front of the house where we usually have breakfast in spring, all together and... maybe even dinner!! If you wish, you can eat ready meals or enjoy the "pizza at home" service in the kitchen or better still outside in the square.

My family and I live here, in the same unit that has been recently renovated to allow excellent independence for both of us! But you will see, we will often find ourselves having breakfast together and in the evening, a drop of limoncello or homemade myrtle from Antonio has never hurt anyone!

Our house is immersed in the olive trees and the typical Ligurian landscape: peace and quiet are the characteristics of this accommodation and we are still one step away from everything: from the sea and the sea park of the Isle of Bergeggi and the nightlife of the coast, from beautiful walks on the trails marked and recommended by the local guides, the Manie natural park with its paths on foot and in mountan bikes, from the cliffs of the Finalese, the caves of Bergeggi, Toirano and Borgio Verezzi.....

For the summer months the municipality of Noli guarantees, a few kilometers from us, a few kilometers from us, the shuttle bus service and free parking to go to the sea... we have also activated for the municipality of Spotorno, a parking agreement and thus have a good saving!!

Our house has a large kitchen that also serves as a living room with a very comfortable sofa, the wood stove with open flame... there you can enjoy the utmost tranquility in winter. In spring and summer, the outdoor square equipped with a large table, chairs and lounge chairs allows us all to have breakfast with the morning sun and the sounds of the countryside, sheltered from the ivory white curtain structure that Antonio designed inspired by boat sails.
