The apartment is on the third storey of Villa Anna - once Villa Pagliano - a three-storeyed house of the second half of nineteenth century. Located in a green, cool and quiet, it is within the walls of the castle of the Marquis of Carretto (XII sec.), so it is not accessible by car, but with a short pedestrian street (about 70 meters), uphill when we you go back home. It is very close to the beaches both free and equipped and to the center of Noli - entirely pedestrian - where it is pleasant to walk through the “caruggi” (typical Ligurian narrow streets), squares, medieval houses and towers. Noli, maritime republic until 1797, is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and, as in the past, the fishermen go out to sea with “gozzi”, traditional fishing boats, and sell the fish at the market on the beach.
The apartment faces with all the rooms, with terrace and with the garden on the gulf of Noli, of which offers a splendid view, really special. It has a private entrance, and a typical Ligurian garden on two levels, private and reserved for guests (its characteristics make it advisable to supervise young children while they play). apartment renovated and new furnishings, situated in Salvarezza Palace immediately at the entrance of the village where they begin the arcades of the old town. Very bright and quiet as in upstream pedestrian area and with beautiful view to the castle of Noli, and south to the sea. in total 4 beds, is composed of a living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, after which you enter the kitchen with 2 new and complete with dishes. finally further north and overlooking the private courtyard of the building, therefore absolutely silent, is the master bedroom. everything is just a few steps: crossing the Via Aurelia you are on a walk to the sea and you just have to choose one of the beautiful beaches free or equipped in the Gulf of Noli. Along the arcades you arrive in the central street of the old town, where in every corner you can feel the atmosphere of one of the most beautiful historic towns of our country. A few kilometers away are the magnificent beaches and sttorici centers of Varigotti, Finale Ligure and then Alassio.

We are a local family having two spare apts we rent from time to time. The house has a big garden with some cultivated land and a lot of space to relax and let the kids play. The apt is a third floor flat with one double bedroom, and one living room with two twins beds. The kitchen is fully furnished, completed of dishes, pans&pots, silverware, kettle, etc etc... It is independently heated (radiators), provided of washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and balcony for each room. You are 5 minutes away from the sea and just outside the historical city wall. You are welcome to enjoy the large garden: there are some lounge chairs, a table, a swing and a lot of space for kids! Don't be shy if you want any veggies or fruits, if we have enough we will be happy to give you some!

On request, sheets and towels are available and you can park the car inside a closed premise, right in front of the house, 24h accessible (very useful if you are coming in the summer!). The closer train station is Spotorno-Noli, but you might want to check Savona or Finale Ligure stations as well, where faster trains stop more frequently.

It is a first floor flat with 5 beds available: two bedrooms with one single bed and two double beds, one living room with a queen size sofa bed. (I can add a crib if you need it!) You will found a full furnished kitchen to cook at home, if you like to do so! As far as I can say, it is a typical italian apartment with a lot of space and a lot of charme in a nice house with a large beautiful garden. Very appropriated with children! All in all avery nice contact- Thank you! The region is so wonderful! I never have seen a more clearer and cleaner mediterranean see than in Noli and Malpasso - excellent for snorkeling! The Hinterland is typical ligurian mediterranean mountains - with lots of hiking or mountainbiking trails. We loved it there - we will return and hopefully rent the same appartment again.
